WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. As a loyal customer at Louis Vuitton, I have never been so appalled at the treatment received in this store today. As soon as we had walked in we immediately felt judged and severely looked down upon by all of the staff. A fire alarm rang meaning we couldnāt shop on the second floor which was the sole purpose of our visit, we waited downstairs for this to be fixed until a gentlemen working there told us we could go back up as usual. On our way up the stairs, a woman came shouting over beckoning us to āget downā and questioned why we thought that was okay. After this we waited downsatirs for another 20 minutes for this to be fixed as they told us itād only be a couple minutes until a different woman came over to us asking, āare you two actually going to purchase anything?ā As if we didnāt have the money to spend - leaving us feeling outcasted as they watched us from every corner of the store. We were constantly being followed uncomfortably close yet no useful customer service was ever provided. I went up to the same lady behind the desk and asked if she had the bag featured behind her in a different size - she looked me up and down and showed a completely different bag to what I had asked with no explanation, to which I replied and specified which bag I originally meant to which she told me ānoā with a blank stare as I can only assume it was sold out however may not be the case. With this, we was on our way out of the store when we were followed not just out of the shop less than a metre away but down the street to prove some sort of point. Itās safe to say I will never be returning to this location of the store and could be enough to deter me from the company as a whole to avoid this type of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst experience at any store ever. Worker at door was profiling to allow entry. My wife and her friend, wearing LV purses, were told at the door that store was full and would have to wait. No problem, we had just waited days before for hours in Paris for service to buy, and served champagne while waiting! So Paris was great purchase experience. We waited and while window shopping nearby a young white couple was allowed in store. Strange, but ok, maybe just became available. Young white couple left so now? The same Young white lady at door said store was still full. Weird, but we still waited. Then another white lady walked up from down the street and was also immediately allowed in. Now we are upset and asked āwhat is going on?ā She finally allowed my wife and her friend in but they are too upset to purchase. The young lady working door appeared nervous that she had messed up and called a young man over to watch the door and quickly disappeared in back. Not wanting to ruin our experience further we left.
We will be following up with the corporate office after vacation.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreāļøāļøāļøāļøāļø I only ever write a review when something truly impresses me ā and in this case, I felt compelled to do so after experiencing this exceptional level of service several times myself.
Elizabeth is a sales professional with a remarkable blend of style, expertise, and warmth. She manages to turn the purchase of high-end luxury brands into a genuine experience ā without any trace of pretension or sales pressure.
What impresses me most: She conveys a sense of value and quality without ever making you feel that itās about the money. Her advice is honest š , perceptive, and always perfectly attuned to the person standing in front of her.
Iāve been here several times now ā and although I actually live in another country, I choose to shop exclusively here. Elizabeth has turned shopping into an experience you genuinely remember with pleasure.
A rare combination of professionalism, personality, and true class.
A heartfelt thank you also to the entire LV team š All the best...
