LA CREU — Restaurant in Palma

Worst burger I’ve ever had!! Came to the place, wanted tapas - they didn’t have some of those I wanted left. But the waiter said „if you are at a Our restaurant, you better eat burgers! Those are the best here!“ I did and it was DISGUSTING! Also had cramps afterwards and couldn’t have breakfast. Not recommended!

(Unfortunately I cant respond to a comment to my review, but the owner answered this (in Spanish, I had to translate):

"Your comment seems strange to us since yesterday only female waitresses worked, on the other hand we had all the tapas from the menu in our kitchen ready to serve. The content of this comment seems strange also because of the 5 stars that we have in google on customer ratings. You may have been to another restaurant thinking it was ours."

Which is a terrible way of dealing with unhappy customers. To the owner: That is because I wasn't there yesterday. I was there on Tuesday at 9:30pm where you had just one male waiter :) Also, NO! I am definitely not mistaking your "5 Star Restaurant" for another one - but thanks!

Never going to this place again and I will friends tell not to...

“Delicious food, quick service, and the kindest staff at La Creu”

I had such a lovely experience at La Creu! I went there for a meal on my own, and right away I felt very welcome. The staff were smiling, friendly, and genuinely kind, which made the whole atmosphere so nice and relaxed.

The service was really quick, and the food was delicious — fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

What impressed me the most, though, was how caring the staff were. While I was there, another guest forgot their bag, and one of the waiters actually ran out after them to return it. That kind of attention and honesty says a lot about the people working here.

Even though I came alone, I never once felt out of place. It’s the kind of restaurant where you feel taken care of, whether you’re dining solo or with friends. I can honestly say this is a spot I’ll happily come back to. Highly...

As a regular visitor from the UK, my annual trip to Mallorca isn't complete without visiting this restaurant. In fact, it's always my very first stop! The moment I land, all I can think about is getting back to my favourite table. The food is consistently exceptional. I always go for the ritual of a perfectly cooked steak, a side of flawless patatas bravas, and the simple indulgence of their bread with a rich tomato sauce. The quality is just outstanding. But it's not only the food; the service is incredible. The staff are warm, welcoming, and remarkably fast, ensuring a perfect dining experience every time. And a special mention must go to the mojito. I've sampled cocktails across the island, even at specialist bars, and I can say with confidence that they make the best mojito I have ever tasted. This place is more than just a meal; it's a highlight of my holiday. I can't recommend it...
