Best Cantonese style crispy duck on the planet!!!
Deliciously tender in the inside and super crunchy on the outside, our HUGE duck breasts were served over al dente angel hair vegetables.
Returning on Friday October 15 for an encore visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Wei Fen ~ the beautiful and convivial owner.
Blessed to have dined at the finest Asian restaurants around the world, "Made In China" is the very, very, best and most imporantly ~ the most authentic.
Born & raised in San Francisco and working every Tuesday in our thriving Chinatown during the 1970's, I enjoyed excellent Chinese food at The Empress of China, The China Palace and Asia Garden.
Also a partner in Fat Fong's ~ one of America's 1st casual dining venues, I am a connoisseur of real authentic Chinese food.
Exactly repeating our Wednesday October 13 menu selections, Made In China's Won Ton soup was piping hot and better than those served in Hong Kong.
The dim sum Bao Dumplings were generously stuffed with minced pork & vegetables and were accompanied by a duck dunking gravy that absolutley rocked!
The non-menu custom made fried rice was fluffy and infused with lots of egg and sauteed angel hair spinach ~ outrageous.
We heartfeltly recommend "Made In China" to everyone that seeks to eat THE REAL DEAL.
Wei Fen and her affable talented family team of Paul, Susanna, Ping and Wok-Wok propitiously earned...

Wow Wow Wow the best Chinese food we have ever enjoyed! That is the words that has left every mouth at our table of 6.
The picture seen is of empty plates because that’s all that was left, we were enjoying the food so much we forgot to take pictures of the meal. The service was impeccable, the most attentive and helpful staff, making sure we understood every step of our meal.
We enjoyed many dishes from the tasting menu with spring rolls, dim sun, sea bass as well as main dishes of crispy beef, transparent chinese village style noodles and it was all absolutely amazing.
Please do yourself the pleasure of...
