我來自台灣,利用農曆新年假期來西班牙旅遊。在帕爾馬下榻飯店附近,看到El Tapas的招牌,店內明亮舒適的環境吸引了我,剛好用餐時間到了,索性入內用餐。
進入大門後,一位帥哥服務生帶我入座,隨後一位美女店員來點餐,我請她幫忙推薦招牌菜,她說炸豬五花肉最有特色,索性來一份,然後也點了炸魷魚和俄式沙拉。首先來的是炸魷魚,新鮮酥脆,火候恰到好處,鎖住的魷魚的鮮甜,搭配滴上的檸檬汁進入口中,是滿滿大海的滋味,是非常好吃的經典西班牙小吃!接下來上的是俄式沙拉,由鮪魚片、紅蘿蔔塊、水煮蛋、馬鈴薯泥搭配大量的美乃滋所組成。這道菜是俄羅斯的家常菜,美乃滋醬帶點鹹味,更是襯托出的紅蘿蔔的甜,是非常有特色的一道菜。最後上的是炸豬五花肉,外皮酥脆,肥而不膩,切成一口的大小好入口,有灑上些許海鹽,類似台灣夜市的黃金脆皮豬,是很開胃的下酒菜,但對台灣人來說太鹹了。
在享受美食的同時,我觀察到廚房裡只有一位廚師,她的外表金髮碧眼,皮膚潔白如玉,她的動作乾淨利落,一下看烤箱,一下看油鍋,井然有序的料理著一道道美味佳餚,讓我印象深刻。大快朵頤一番後,熱情的美女服務生來收盤子,面帶笑容的她問我怎麼樣,我用西班牙語說非常好吃,更和服務生說廚師特別厲害,一個人可以做出這麼多美味的料理,真是令人佩服!
來帕爾馬之前,因為手機在巴塞隆拿被搶了,沒辦法拍下El Tapas的美好,但這家店無論是環境、人員和菜餚,都在我心中留下滿滿的美好回憶,也希望日後有一天可以再度光臨!
I'm from Taiwan and traveled to Spain during the Lunar New Year holiday. Near the hotel where I stayed in Palma, I saw the signboard of El Tapas. The bright and comfortable environment in the store attracted me. It happened to be dinner time, so I just went in and had a meal.
After entering the door, a handsome waiter took me to my seat, and then a beautiful clerk came to order. I asked her to help me recommend the signature dish. She said that fried pork belly was the most distinctive, so I ordered one, and then I also ordered fried squid and Russian salad. The first dish is fried squid, which is fresh and crispy, and the flavor is very good. The sweetness of the squid with the dripping lemon juice into the mouth, is full of the taste of the sea. What a delicious classic Spanish Tapas! Second dish is the Russian salad, which is composed of tuna fillets, carrots, boiled eggs, mashed potatoes and a large amount of mayna. This dish is a Russian home-cooked dish. The salty mayonnaise sauce brings out the sweetness of carrots. This special flavor is very impressed me. Final dish is fried pork belly. The pork is crispy but not greasy. It is cut into bite-sized and easy to eat. It is sprinkled with a little sea salt. It looks similar to the golden crispy pork in Taiwan's night market. It is a very appetizing side dish, but it is too salty for Taiwanese.
While enjoying the delicious food, I observed that there was only one chef in the kitchen. She had blonde hair and blue eyes, her skin was as white as jade, and her movements were clean and neat. She looked at the oven and the oil pan, cooking delicious dishes in an orderly manner, which impressed me. After a great meal, the enthusiastic beautiful waiter came to pick up the plate. She asked me everything good with a smile. I said it was very delicious in Spanish. What's more, I said to waiter that the chef was very powerful. It was really admirable that one person could make so many delicious dishes!
Before I came to Palma, I couldn't take pictures of the beauty of El Tapas because my mobile phone was stolen in Barcelona, but the environment, people and dishes of this store have left a lot of good memories in my heart, and I hope to visit again one...

The wines they have to offer are really good for a great price.
However I would advice the chef to try their own “Bravas” as they were overcooked, we got almost a puree, the taste wasn’t bad but I would not call it Bravas, overpriced and very very small quantity
4 artichokes flowers with a little bit of sauce 23€, if they were good I would said nothing but they were absolutely impossible to eat, super dry, but the sauce was very good
La Rusa, the potatoes were uncooked and you could say it was only mayonnaise

Read moreThe location of the restaurant in the paseo Mallorca is quite good but unfortunately the food quality and the prices do not follow the expectations. We were two couples and we tried few tapas to share: all with very average quality or even below average in some cases and when we ordered a boqueron alineado tapas (marinated anchovy) we received 1 unit of anchovy for the cost of 2.50 euro. First time ever i was given 1 unit anchovy as a tapas.. Price as well are definitely not in line with the portions and the quality of the food.
