MarChica Palma — Restaurant in Palma

Gestern waren wir dabei: erster Tag Brunch im Marchica. Ich lebe seit 2006 auf Mallorca und das ist mit Abstand das leckerste Brunch der Insel. Genau nach meinem Geschmack! Das Brot so frisch und die Croissants: schwer und knusprig. Alles frisch gebacken aus besten Zutaten. Ich hatte Sushi und Steak Tartar: unglaublich lecker. Die Egg Benedict hätten 30-60 Sekunden länger im Wasser vertragen können, aber das ist schon Klagen auf hohem Niveau. Hier wird mit Herz gekocht und freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Die Location oben auf dem Dach ist der Hammer. Wir waren mit kleinen Kindern da und die ganze Familie hat es genossen und sich wohl gefühlt. Das wird unsere neue Location for Brunch. Ganz sicher!

Yesterday we were there: first day brunch at Marchica. I live in Mallorca since 2006 and this is by far the most delicious brunch on the island. Exactly to my taste! The bread so fresh and the croissants: heavy and crunchy. Everything freshly baked from the best ingredients. I had sushi and steak tartare: incredibly delicious. The Egg Benedict could have used 30-60 seconds longer in the water, but that's already complaining on a high level. The food here is cooked with heart and the service is friendly and accommodating. The location up on the roof is awesome. We were there with young kids and the whole family enjoyed it and felt comfortable. This will be our new location for brunch. For sure!

Ayer estuvimos allí: primer día de Brunch en Marchica. Vivo en Mallorca desde 2006 y este es, de lejos, el brunch más delicioso de la isla. ¡Exactamente a mi gusto! El pan tan fresco y los croissants: pesados y crujiente. Todo recién horneado con los mejores ingredientes. Comí sushi y steak tartar: increíblemente delicioso. El Huevo Benedicto podría haber usado 30-60 segundos más en el agua, pero ya se está quejando a un alto nivel. La comida aquí se cocina con corazón y el servicio es amigable y servicial. Me and my husband been there before with friend. Had a good experience. We went there for my 16th birthday sons. (He's been living in Palma for 10 years, and love sushi) Oh the experience with my sons, they treat us differently...they didn't even let the smoke on for the dumblings.....not ones, note twice, third or fourth time we order it for them to see... But when the table next to us, and a group of young German girls showed up. The had the smoke for one singel smal entrens for 6 people... so my sons turned around to see there table!! A bill without alcohol on 350€.... For me in Palma that's a good bill and a good costumes. For sure I will not be back even the...

The most amazing place we have been during our stay in Palma ! We love the hostess, she is the best honestly, the owner was so invested in his work ,i was amazed by him , his knowledge and service, they wore people always coming and sipping you water, wine , changing cutlery and napkins after taking the empty plates , amazing presentation of the food ,wonderful taste , as we mostly had raw meat (beef and fish) we wore able to appreciate and see the quality of the products they use which wore top quality! Atmosphere is in my words banging! Absolute delight to be a costumer there ! Cant wait to come back again, ...
