I decided to take my daughter with her boyfriend for her 27th Birthday on 10th January for lunch. We were the first people in the restaurant, yet we did not receive our food for nearly an hour!! When I tried to speak to the Manager, she literally walked away from me in the restaurant and I almost had to cut her off to speak to her. I politely explained my disappointment and that I lived on the island as the other diners were Spanish and we were not. In fact I mentioned to our server politely that I hope that our food delay was not because we were not Spanish/Mallorcian? When the food eventually arrived, the pizza base was way to thin and the tiny amount of crust broke apart. My arabiata’ pasta was hard,NOT aldente and was inedible. Also my daughter was brought the wrong drink twice. Furthermore, for a supposed decent restaurant they did not offer shaved parmesan cheese, just a pot of the tasteless stuff in a shaker. At no point did the manager come over to the table to check of everything was ok and at NO point offered an apology.
In summary, this was a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience and I will never go to the restaurant again and the worst part was the absolute lack of leadership and customer service from the Manager, whose name I asked for but she...
Read moreI went here on a Monday afternoon with 4 people including myself. The location is easy to get to but needs assistance for wheelchair accessibility as it's located up a set of stairs. The interior is lovely with outdoor dining options avaliable, there's a red and black theme for the most part. The staff and service in general was great but they were sometimes struggling with English. I would recommend to go for a pasta option instead of pizza as most come without tomato sauce and it may dissapoint some of you. There are English and Spanish menus also. I had the cannelloni which were very nice but felt a small bit lacking without the tomato sauce. My friend had some tortellini which was the definition of delicious. The pizza there has a very thin base but is enjoyable in its own way. Still felt like it was missing the tomato sauce unfortunately. The drinks came out in very nice glasses and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The time for the food to come was good unlike some reviews here.
Overall a very enjoyable experience with great food, staff,...
