Mise en Place — Restaurant in Palma

The place looks nice and cozy, smoothie and the granola bowl I've got were good. However, I asked the waitress for an English menu and she brought me their classic menu in Spanish with just a one page translated to English (which were coffees and teas, so pretty much useless for me at that moment). I asked her again when she came and pointed out the menu is not translated, she seemed annoyed and I asked her to advise me something but she didn't really helped at all. So even though I liked the place and the food, I would recommend to make an English translate and try to be more helpful when people can't understand the menu. The granola bowl was with fresh milk and I rarely do dairy milk, I would expect to be asked if I want dairy or plant-based, since they have the option on the menu ("can be served with a fresh milk or vegetable milk). Unfortunately I translated it right after she came with the food and I wasn't in a mood to argue. Halfway through my meal I ordered a juice and panini as a takeaway and I sat there for 30 mins before I gave up and went to a branch to pay because I didn't hope she will ever make the order and that's when she passed me both, finished and ready to go. I was like "sorry but you have seen me waiting the whole time and didn't say anything that it's ready?" I don't understand why she didn't bring me the food to the table or anything, so I would know it's ready. Terrible...

Amazing place for a breakfast/brunch! Wide selection of various toasts, paninis, yoghurt & cereal dishes and mainly - desserts! I wouldn't lie if I'd say we went to eat breakfasts here every day since we discovered the place. Highly recommended!

The only drawback would be Spanish-only menu. Some of the waiters speak English, some don't. Translator app is a must to know what to get at first.

Tip: just get the salmon panini...
