We were kind of forced into this hotel as something went wrong with our booking at Hotel Can Auli, part of the same IT Hotels group. But this unplanned compensation in this Palma hotel turned out to be a unique hotel experience. From our arrival till our departure we were pampered by Andreea and here whole team. The location of the hotel, a closed underground garage in the neighbourhood, the lobby, the rooms, the decoration, the food, the view from the rooftop terrace over Palma harbour, it was all superb. I would gladly give 6 out of 5 STARS. But most of all, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team was AMAZING. We really felt welcome and taken care of. We also visited their stunning Hotel Can Cera, Mallorcan Luxury House. And upon departure the frontdesk team waved us out. The competition of beautiful boutique hotels in Palma and the whole of Mallorca is fierce, but these guys know what they are doing. And to tell you a little secret, the experience was so nice, we will be back! If I have to give one suggestion for improvement: a decent computer for the guests would be helpful. The old machine was ready for scrap. But they offered to work on their booking computer. So: go there, eyes closed, and you will get value for money. Not cheap like an Ibis Express, but not the price of a Raffles either, and at least the same quality. Attached just a couple of pictures, but that do not give all credit to the decoration.

We chose Calatrava Hotel for its spacious rooms, elegant interior design, intimate ambiance, and the promise of stunning sea views from the rooftop. Our experience not only met but exceeded our expectations in every aspect. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional hospitality. The entire staff, including the front desk and the chef, were incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. Special shout-outs go to Sara, Monica, the chef, and the rest of the staff team for their outstanding service. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with a refreshing drink and received a thoughtful greeting card and room upgrade in celebration of our honeymoon. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident throughout our stay. They provided excellent recommendations for local cuisine, assisted us with car rentals, and proactively offered to arrange a taxi for our departure to the airport. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and style, with meticulous attention to detail that made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Calatrava Hotel for anyone planning to stay in Mallorca. We will definitely return for another visit.

I booked this last minute on the day and got a room , I booked a standard deluxe room for 2 nights. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, our bags were taken and we were offered a complimentary drink. We had a tour of the hotel, and also got shown the suite which was offered as an upgrade for €70 each. We took the upgrade and it was worth it. We did have an issue with a noise complaint which got sorted out immediately and we were compensated for the hassle. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels to stay at in palma the the staff especially Laura have the best customer service! She made us feel so welcome we look forward to coming back. With our deal we got private spa access, it was very clean and pleasant. Also the breakfast is delicious. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was just amazing the customer service is so fantastic! I would highly recommend staying here! P.s sorry for the quality of my images they were screen shots from my videos.

I recently had the most amazing experience at hotel and I cannot stop raving about it. From start to finish, everything was perfect and exceeded all my expectations.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a higher category, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

The room itself was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my entire trip. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a luxurious bathroom with high-quality toiletries. The attention to detail in the room was exceptional, and I truly felt pampered.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurant. The food was simply outstanding. each dish was prepared with utmost care and attention. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was beautiful. The wait staff was attentive and provided excellent recommendations. I had some of the best meals of my trip right at the hotel.

Lastly, I have to mention the location of the hotel. It was conveniently situated close to the heart of the city, close to major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. I was able to easily navigate the city and explore all the must-see sights without any hassle.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived until the time of departure, every aspect of my stay was flawless. The hotel staff, the room, the food, the facilities - everything was of the highest quality. I highly recommend booking this hotel and experiencing the same level of...

Although this is described as a 5* hotel, it failed to meet the high standards I’ve come to enjoy in other European 5* hotels. ||Although we had the usual ‘extras’ such as robes, slippers, mini bar and a welcome drink on arrival, there was no sign of those little extras we’ve received before. For example, the tea/coffee tray was very basic and neither cookies nor chocolates were provided. Neither was a complimentary bottle of wine offered during our stay. ||Most of the staff were excellent and tried to ensure we had what we needed. A special thank you to Francisco for whom nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated your assistance with local history. ||Many thanks also to all of the staff serving in the roof top terrace.||The view from the terrace is spectacular and breakfast was always plentiful, full of variety and delicious. ||Sadly, however, only one 330ml bottle of drinking water per person was provided daily and extra bottles were chargeable. ||The deluxe rooms are large, but tend to be a little dark. This is owing to the dark wall colour and also the fact that directly opposite, across a narrow alley, is another building which blocks some light. The large windows of this building directly overlook the hotel bedrooms. ||We received a discounted price as we booked directly with the hotel and stayed for 7 nights. We paid 414 euros per night, including breakfast, which did not seem to offer good value for money. ||Housekeeping was adequate though not exceptional. ||The hotel location is very good and provides easy access to the old town. ||We take regular 5-7 day city breaks in Europe and choose 5* hotels so that we can fully relax and enjoy some luxury at the end of our days of exploring. This boutique hotel has some good points; sadly it did not...
