Ordered the bamboo clams, oyster, sea bream and seafood rice. I enjoyed the clams- sauce was light but had good flavour. The clams themselves were cooked perfectly. The sea bream was a standout for my dinner partner who ate most of the fish, including its head. The side that came with the fish gave a nice touch of acidity and saltiness to the dish. The seafood rice was also very good. It’s made with seafood broth and fish broth, and had just 1 piece of seafood on it- an oyster. If you expect plenty of seafood in your dish, this is not it. Perhaps because we were the end table outside, I hope not because we were weary pilgrims just getting to town, but service level was noticeably less warm and present than the other tables. Read moreHemos almorzado hoy, reservé con días de antelación, sólo tengo elogios para Trasmallo, valoro algo menos el espacio, pero es evidentemente una adecuación al inmueble, decoración sencilla que lo hace más amplio y el menaje nada rimbombante, lo cual se agradece, el servicio perfecto, te aconsejan, lo cual te ayuda a afinar la comanda, los platos han sido un desfile de espectaculares experiencias, el hojaldre con anchoa y crema de queso, las almejas, y la empanada ( que delicadeza de hoja y relleno de cazón o similar y otros ingredientes), esos fueron nuestros entrantes, de plato fuerte nos decantamos por el arroz marinero, en su punto, meloso, un arroz tipo bomba divino, rematado con tacosde merluza frita y servidos en unas simpáticas barcas, el arroz es difícil y éste estaba simplemente perfecto. Lo acompañas de ribeiro y a los postres compartimos manzana asada con helado y tarta de queso, ambos magníficos, aunque el de manzana es de categoría supra.
