Visited at 9pm on a Thursday and it was very busy. Perhaps this place is becoming a victim of its own success. Only 5 or 6 tables and a constant stream of people trying to get in/pick up takeaway. The whole experience felt quite chaotic and rushed so not somewhere to go for a relaxing meal on holiday. My wife and I both had the Hub Special, I had the normal burger and she had the vegetarian version. It was disappointing that the veggie burger only came with a single patty but cost the same as the meat version, especially as the original comes with 2 patties and bacon. They also asked me if I’d like and sauce then changed me 50 cents for a tiny pot of mayo. This charge was listed on the menu, but as the menu was digital via a QR code I didn’t spot this until I saw the bill. My beef burger WAS absolutely delicious but the overall experience has left a bad taste, a shame as I was really looking forward to trying this place.

My expectations for Burgers on Tenerfie were so low that I was absolutely blown away at the quality of burgers offered here everywhere I went. I mean, we have great burgers in Australia, I'd often say we've got to have the best. However, I was wrong. I've had to reset my reviewing system of burgers due to this, as I don't think they can be beaten. And for Smash burgers, Smash Hub offers the best smash burgers I've ever had in my life, the quality of ingredients used, the size, the taste and textures, and perfecto. So much so that after my meal, I had to brag about it to the staff who were ever so grateful about it and were happy to chat. Super friendly welcoming staff, a great venue located in the heart of Puerto De La Cruz, and a great menu available. I couldn't stop here once, I came back to try their classic as well, and it left me wanting more, like I'd go back to Tenerife just for these burgers, no joke.
