Track — Restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz

If I could give it minus zero I would! Filthy tables, got orders wrong, pigeons flying everywhere and garbage on the floor( empty cans, empty loo roll). Husband got a burger instead of wings and then gave myself and my daughter hot dogs even though we asked for a pizza and when we explained even with a translation app the accused us of lying! My daughter immediately found a curly hair in her hot dog while the guy was stood there and he said it was hers( she has straight hair tight in a bun) I pointed to the chips where somehow another curly hair was and he just said if we not happy leave and threw a bill of 30euros at us.....save yourself the hassle and frustration and go next door or better to divalos. When we went round the corner the chef was smoking a foggy and cooking with a tequila bottle next to him....I couldn't make this up if I tried. We were all too shocked to react and he slammed the door in our faces before we could get a picture. I'm just grateful we didn't eat...

We’ve been there twice now and never again. The first time the food was okay, service only spoke some English but was very friendly. We came back a second time when there was an event in town. The restaurant had some tables so we took a seat. A lot of time passed until we finally got our drinks. Pizza was not available aswell as all vegetarian options on the menu. My Girlfriend ordered some fries and I got a burger. The food came really fast but the fries were somehow Cold and everything was on one plate. The chef constantly yelled at the staff who were overwhelmed by the volume of guests. When it was time to pay a good 30 Minutes passed until we were finally given a bill. My remarks about the fries being cold were ignored. Adding to that we were charged about 5€ more than what we ate.

We as a group were made welcome and our drinks service was great. From then it went down hill. Their were only 4 other occupied tables, whilst were were their, (one sent their plate back 3 time before they were happy to eat it), so it was not busy. It took too long to take our food orders, the food came out virtually one plate at a time with at least 10 minutes between each one. Some of our order did not even arrive. Most had finished before the final meal was even delivered. My chicken burger was very over cooked, but I ate it as I was starving and did not want to wait any longer as mine was the last to arrive.
