Never ever go there!! He robbed me!! I needed headphones for my digital job - first headphones didn't really work and I went back to change it for another one - he sold me for 100 Euro defect!!! headphones - next day I wanted to return it , because that headphones were totally defect !!!! Never go there - he will rob you!!! And he was arguing with me and screaming at me when I wanted to return it - it is really not like in a normal store !!! This is a scam !!! The headphones had absolutely no earwax - it's terrible lie! The man even haven't seen them - he even didn't put them out of the box!!! And I haven't used them - the headphones were absolutely non used and had no traces !!he even haven't put the headphones out of the box and screamed me out of the store!! He's a liar and scammer!!!

There's absolutely no ear wax because it was never used ( only once tried ( photos!) - This is a vulgar lie with the ear wax from the seller !! He kicked me out of the shop with the box and haven't...

Do not use these cheats. Sold us a go pro like camera for our day to Siam park. No price on box, magiced the price out of nowhere. No discussion of a returns policy or explanation of what to do if we had any issues. Went back to hotel to charge for 8 hours as advised, but camera didn't even turn on. Returned to the shop on the Friday evening on the way back to Siam to explain the problem but they said strictly no refunds and pointed to a Spanish sign on the wall..we were passed over to an English speaking colleague in the first place as we were not Spanish. Returned with the faulty item on the Saturday, no apology, and forced to walk away with a palmed off replacement with a tatty old box on the understanding it was a "better camera". Told it had a "2 year guarantee" but no paperwork to back this up except a till receipt written in Spanish, which wasn't read to us. Rushed us out as quick as they could. Couldn't be more angry. Seriously, don't use this...

We visited this store recently and were extremely disappointed, angry and outraged at the treatment. As we walked in the man was very sarcastic to another customer. He appeared helpful to us and then upon changing our minds about a purchase he began shouting at us in front of other customers and demanded us to leave! Customers should never be treated in this ill manner, it is unprofessional, disrespectful and terrible customer service! We have never been treated in such a diabolical way and would never suggest anyone to use this store.
