MANGO — Local services in Puerto de la Cruz

Today, around 2:30 p.m., (I bought black dress) an extremely unpleasant incident took place in this store. The lady who served me at the cash register does not know the basic rules of manners. She cant even speak basic English and doesnt know the words used by an 8-year-old child. But her lack of education can be excused, perhaps she did not manage to complete primary school. She called me a moron in Spanish - cretina, but the lady didn't expect that the same word appeared in my language and I knew exactly what she said. I didn't pay her attention because I don't know what to expect from a person whose behavior resembles a gutter, and I don't associate with people with such a low level of culture. I would love to talk to the manager about whether insulting foreigners is acceptable in their store. the reason why I was called "cretina" was the fact that I couldn't mark on the terminal that the payment would be in euro, in my country the terminals are different and this option is also marked differently. In turn, in another store, also in Spain, it was also done differently, so I don't think it was a reason to call me "cretina". So I don't recommend visiting this store, maybe you will...

Cute clothes, but the way you are treated by the clerks is just awful. I know this chain is not known for good customer service but this place is missing just the most basic human manners. I would've spent several hundreds here but at the cash register there were literally 5-6 clerks ladies behind the register, no one even looked at me even or touched the items which I was coming to pay for (even though I used local language to say hello and was the 1st one in line). I waited there for around 5 minutes and all the 6 cashiers managed to do during that time was drop one of my items to the floor, not even a hello or apology. Finally I left as it just seemed like they did not want my money nor customers....

Week ago I went to Mango for shopping. One staff member, middle_ aged ,angry, very unpolite and rude woman should not work there. If you want to keep your customers. When I askel her about something, she only looked me with her angry face and did not answer and walked away. Maybe she dont like tourist or maybe she dont like her work. I told about her behaviour to nice young lady in the cashier. She was very sorry, but I said it is not her fault. The older woman came and heard my complain about her behaviour and again, she looked angry and did not response. I Will never go back to this store. I was suppose to buy many clothes, but cause of her...I bought my clothes...
