Taberna los brothers — Restaurant in Ronda

I don’t usually write reviews even when a restaurant is amazing or just mediocre as I believe my contribution won’t do much. However, my experience visiting this place was horrid and I would say it’s the worst in my life - we sat down for over 30 minutes but left with anything but hunger, anger and embarrassment! We came to sit down on a table people just paid and left (another couple next to us were the same as us). So we patiently waited for someone to clean and serve us. However, after over 30 minutes of waiting (the servers noticed us when they attended to the tables next to us) but none of them asked us until I had to look for them when I noticed they served people next to us but came later. Until I went to ask them to clean the table, the reaction of them was rude, arrogant and gave us a face that we had done something wrong (they shouted at us saying that we need to ask for new table while other people didnt have to, including the couple next to us, as we spoke to them) We finally left with embarrassment and anger. El peor servicio que me han dado en mi vida en un restaurante y eso que he estado en miles alrededor del mundo. Nos sentamos en una mesa libre. Al mismo tiempo se sentó al lado otra pareja. Empezaron a limpiar su mesa de platos y a ordenar la comida. Media hora más tarde no se habían acercado a nosotros aún ni para quitar todos los platos sucios de los clentes anteriores. La sorpresa viene cuando vemos que empiezan a limpiar otras mesas y a la nueva gente que se iba sentado la iban atendiendo. Entonces fue cuando le pedimos por favor si nos podían limpiar la mesa y nos contestan que no nos atienden porque no hemos pedido mesa, cuando la pareja al lado nuestra tampoco la había pedido. Se lo hago saber y me pone una excusa diferente: la mesa estaba llena de platos y no saben si son nuestros, cuando a la otra pareja al poco de sentarse le preguntaron si esos platos sucios eran suyos para empezar a limpiarles la mesa. El tono que usaron para respondernos fue de lo más soberbio. Llegado este punto ya estaban todas los clientes de alrededor pedientes de nosotros porque además previamente ya se estaban dado cuenta de que nos estaban ignorando por completo y esos mismos clientes nos decían que no daban crédito a lo mal que nos estaban tratando.
