What an absolutely fabulous dining experience! The food was nothing short of amazing – every dish was crafted with precision, flavor, and creativity by a truly skilled chef. Each bite was a delight, beautifully presented and bursting with taste.

Por trabajo viajamos muy a menudo a la isla y echábamos en falta un restaurante que apostara por el producto y su ejecución de verdad. En esta ocasión nos decantamos por un entrante suave con la ensalada de encurtidos sobre fondo de Salmorejo (exquisita i refrescante) seguimos con unas patatas trufadas con una cocción perfecta, tiernas por dentro y crujientes por fuera (se nota la doble cocción) y con un sabor a trufa intenso y delicado. Seguimos con los platos principales que fueron a base de un fresco rodaballo a la brasa con todo el sabor a una buena brasa pero en su punto óptimo de cocción muy jugoso y sabroso. Y como no podía faltar optamos por una buena carne, y elegimos 800grs de Chuletón de Wagyu…que decir 🤤 de escándalo…una carne con este nivel de infiltración la hace tierna, melosa…se deshace en boca… Y ya para finalizar compartimos un postre a base de piña asada con ron añejo y helado de vainilla que fue perfecto para este fin de fiesta.. Ya con esto solo me falta volver en breve a la isla para seguir probando esta apuesta de 10. Así que me toca abrir más clientes en la isla para volver más a menudo y que esta sea la excusa perfecta 😁 Bravo! Auguro muchos éxitos a este equipo que aman la cocina y el buen producto por encima de todo!
