We had a horrible experience at this restaurant from start to finish, with the most disappointing part being the service.
We had initially only ordered mains. 30 mins after we’d placed our order, the waiter informed us that there would be a delay, and basically gave us no option but to order starters (which weren’t complimentary).
Another 30 mins passed before our starters arrived. We quickly finished them, and waited for our mains to arrive. Yet another 30 mins passed and still no sign of the mains. By this time, it had been 1 hour and 30 mins since we first sat down.
At this point, my friend went up to ask two waiters about our food. They were just standing there chatting, but when she approached them, one waiter ran down to the kitchen, and within seconds, our mains were brought to the table. We felt frustrated because why did it take 90 minutes for our food to be ready, but it magically appeared when we asked about it?
As we were paying, things got even worse. The waiter singled out my friend (the one who had approached them earlier) and repeatedly questioned her about the food in a confrontational and accusatory tone. He kept asking, "What didn’t you like about the food? Why didn’t you like it?" as if he were debating her, not simply asking for feedback. This felt rude, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
But the cherry on top was when, as we were leaving and already halfway across the street, a waiter ran down and sarcastically shouted "thanks for coming" at us. We’ve honestly never experienced anything like...

Parma is a true hidden gem in Tenerife, combining exquisite Italian cuisine with breathtaking views of the ocean. Perched slightly out of the way, this unassuming restaurant offers a dining experience that far surpasses the more obvious (and much more basic) competition. How it’s not packed every night is a mystery that only adds to its charm.
The food here is remarkable, with unique touches that elevate every dish. The seafood pasta is a standout, featuring a whole octopus tentacle—an unusual but extremely welcome addition that highlights the freshness and boldness of the menu. The four-cheese pasta is equally indulgent, made with a rich, velvety blend of cheeses, including Camembert, which adds an unexpected and divine creaminess you won’t find elsewhere.
The mains continue to impress. The rabbit dishes are tender and packed with rustic, hearty flavors, while the veal dishes are expertly prepared to showcase the natural richness of the meat. The cod is cooked to perfection with light, complementary sides, and the salmon with rice is a lighter yet flavorful option that balances flaky fish with perfectly seasoned grains.
With its unbeatable combination of inventive, high-quality dishes and tranquil ocean views, Parma feels like an undiscovered treasure. Its slightly out-of-the-way location only adds to its charm, offering a welcome escape from the busier, less inspired competition. If you’re in Tenerife, don’t miss it—this is the kind of place you’ll be recommending long...
Read moreI really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it's style over substance imo. Garlic bread came covered in herbs and cheese and had gone tough (menu didn't state it was cheese on top). Ricotta and spinach ravioli needed a few more minutes cooking as it was still hard round the edges, not al dente, just not cooked. It was however homemade but in a thin bland sauce. Salmon and rice in a cream sauce was ok if a bit bland also. Tiramisu-I've had better. Service was slow to begin with but then our mains were brought to the table before our starters were finished. We then weren't asked if we wanted anything else after clearing our mains away. The good points, nice decor, lovely Limoncello Spritz and Barraquito. I don't know how this place is getting rave reviews though, it wasn't busy when we went, 6 tables, maybe 20 people in the place but the service seemed so...
