DON'T EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! They pretend to know what's in their food, and even have allergy symbols on the menu but they are WRONG! I have celiac disease and am now spending the evening in pain and nauseous (vomiting will come later I'm sure :-( ), because they assured me that a plate with chicken and rice would be gluten free, I even talked to the owner (and I speak fluent Spanish, so that wasn't the problem!). I got the plate and took one bite before I stopped and questioned them further; there was something in the rice, what was it I asked? NOODLES of course, and I said, well don't noodles contain WHEAT and they said of course not, they're noodles. Google confirmed what I wish I had known before that arroz árabe is usually made with toasted ANGEL HAIR PASTA. I did not eat anything else there for my safety. Even as we were leaving and I tried to explain to them what happened and they insisted that what they had given me was fine, because rice doesn't have gluten (which is correct until you ADD WHEAT NOODLES!).
