Miss Sushi Santa Cruz de Tenerife — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The worst experience I ever had. When we arrived to the restaurant, it was completely empty, I asked the waitress if we could sit at a bigger table for 4, as a table for 2 was right in front of the kitchen and the hallway, but the waitress said that those tables are only for 4 people (nobody showed up until we left, so we remained the only customers) The food ordering process took forever as their tablet is supper slow and we had to wait for up to a minute after every position. But okay, that wasn’t the worst part of the experience. We ordered 3 types of sushi and rice with beef. All sushi were different shape and size and falling apart. Rice in sushi was undercooked and sour. The amount of wasabi and ginger they put is just ridiculous, it was the first time I saw such a small dot of wasabi and just one small slice of ginger. Rice with beef was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The pieces of beef were so small, we could barely see them, and there was almost no meat, just fat. After a few spoons we gave up on the idea of eating there, paid, left hungry and went to McDonald’s. Very very disappointing , I really liked the interior, but all the other things were just bad. Hemos pasado por una experiencia bastante desagradable y poco profesional. Hemos llegado al local unos 8 minutos atrasados de nuestra reserva; no obstante, se nos ha permitido entrar y se nos fue informado que la cocina cerraría pronto. Agradecimos y decidimos pedir rápidamente.

La cocina está bastante cerca de las mesas de los clientes, por lo tanto, absolutamente todo lo que se habla dentro de la cocina efectivamente, se escucha afuera.

El cocinero/jefe estuvo todo el rato quejándose de lo molesto que era haber decidido atendernos, que sería la última vez que permitía aceptar a personas a última hora, diciendo que ya no había carta de postres para ya no tener que pedir nada de eso, y dando instrucciones a los meseros para cobrarnos rápidamente y cerrar lo más pronto posible.

Evidentemente estuvimos bastante incómodos, por lo que he hablado al mesero diciendo que si había mucho problema por atendernos nosotros podíamos irnos. El chico, que no tenía la culpa, intentó pedir disculpas diciendo que no era con nosotros sino con otros que habían llegado también atrasados (los únicos que habíamos entrado de último éramos nosotros).

En fin, una experiencia bastante molesta, la comida muy regular y el cocinero/jefe, con una profesionalidad bastante dudosa.

No habíamos acabado de comer cuando el cocinero/jefe ha puesto música BASTANTE alta, para comenzar a limpiar y evidentemente nunca se nos preguntó si deseabamos alguna otra cosa, simplemente por "cortesía".

Que pena de sítio, bastante desilusionados por haber elegido este lugar para cenar por el día de mi cumpleaños.

Unfortunately i have to leave a bad review, first we asked for a water with no ice, the waitress came with glasses filled with ice cubes , we told her but then she brought ice cold water:), The soy sauce cups were dirty so we asked for a new one but then one of the new ones was also dirty.The stuff was nice but there were a lot of mistakes (also it took them really long to even notice us and take our order).
