Mel Vegan Fast Food (La Marina) — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

We were here during the Santa Cruz Carnival and there was only one employee. It was a bit busy but she was coping absolutely fine, while maintaining professional and friendly attitutude, serving customers in Spanish and English. The food is very tasty, but please remember it's a vegan fast-food, not gourmet restaurant. I really recommend the mexican burger. Their burgers are home made and really cheap for a fast and homemade food. This place also has some pre-made lunches available in the fridges which you can buy as take-away. Awesome burger and totally missed the vegan options in Santa la Cruz! Found it here and was delicious but only i felt like the burgers missed some bite. I recommend adding taco chips on the Mexican burger because with the advocate it was to much softness. I ate 2 burgers both lots of soft textures. Also patato was not crispy so i would like to see more strong textures next time. But definitely wouls come back! After a bad experience with staff overcharging us at Burger Mel La Laguna, we were not going to go back to any Burger Mel, however we read on the reviews of La Laguna restaurant that the customer service was good at calle La Marina branch so we gave it a second chance. We were pleased with the customer service here.
