Tasca Los Pulpitos — Restaurant in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

While visiting Santa Cruz walking in very close proximity of the Port area accidentally I have visited Tasca Los Pulpitos an local,small restaurant there. The Octopuses, calamaries from presented menu appeared to be a Great hit! In fact I have never eat such well prepared octopuses before! This small restaurant is a Must for everyone who would like to try and eat seafood prepared in the best possible way. Home like atmosphere, clean area, well fried and cooked seafood with great prices...whst to expect more? As a desert served sweets from LaPalma are great! plus well prepared coffee by Owner are additional advantages in this place.The prices are very affordable for everyone, distance from the passenger Terminal is short and in fact restaurant is along the way to visit other parts of the Santa Cruz city later. I recommend this small restaurant to everyone! aspecially those who are sick and tired of tourist orientated "restaurants" on the sidewalks serving whatever is easier as "tourists will take it all". If You want to try real taste of Canaries prepared seafood dont hesitate to step into the Los Pulpitos. After next flight I will for sure.

En vacances à Ténérife, nous avons pu manger dans plusieurs restaurants à Santa Cruz. Ce restaurant est vraiment le meilleur qu'on ait fait. L'accueil est au top. Nous sommes accueillis par le patron. Nous ne parlons pas trop voir pas du tout espagnole, mais un peu anglais. Le patron est super. Nous avons pris plusieurs tapas au bout de plusieurs plats de tapas, il nous dit stop cela va faire trop.

Que dire de plus, le prix est vraiment correct. Une grande bière, un bière normale, 5 plats de tapas et un dessert pour 48,66 euros.

Ce n'est pas un attrape touriste, pas comme dans certains restaurants de la ville.

Je vous le conseille vraiment si vous allez à Santa Cruz

While on vacation in Tenerife, we had the opportunity to eat at several restaurants in Santa Cruz. This restaurant is truly the best we've ever been to. The welcome is excellent. We were greeted by the owner. We don't speak much Spanish, if any, but we do speak a little English. The owner is great. We ordered several tapas. After several courses, he told us to stop, it's going to be too much. What more can I say? The price is really reasonable. A large beer, a regular beer, five tapas dishes, and a dessert for 48.66 euros. It's not a tourist trap, unlike some of the city's restaurants.

Durante nuestras vacaciones en Tenerife pudimos comer en varios restaurantes de Santa Cruz. Este restaurante es realmente el mejor en el que hemos estado. La bienvenida es genial. Somos recibidos por el jefe. No hablamos mucho español, si es que hablamos algo, pero un poco de inglés. El jefe es genial. Comimos varias tapas, después de varios platos de tapas nos dijo que parasemos, que iba a ser demasiado. ¿Qué más puedo decir? El precio es realmente justo. Una cerveza grande, una cerveza normal, 5 tapas y un postre por 48,66 euros. No es una trampa para turistas, no como algunos restaurantes...

One of my favourite places .. super small menu but so amazing they do everything with fish and pulpo as the name suggests .. but it’s good and the owners do it all from serve to cook .. expect home cooking and delicious food !!
