We came across this restaurant by coincidence and decided to give it a try as they still had available seats outside. Our waiter was very enthusiastic, kind and quick. For starters we took the typical croquettes and the taco prawn ceviche. The croquettes were a bit of a miss. While the taste was more than ok... we were only given 4 pieces for around €7. Doesn’t seem to be a fair price if we compare it to the other restaurants all around Tenerife. The taco prawn ceviche on the other hand was a huge portion. The taste was superb and very very fresh. Highly recommended. As the main dishes we went for the burger and the Moroccan style chicken curry. The burger was good... well cooked like ordered. The chicken curry was a disappointment... the chicken being overcooked and rubbery with the sauce being rather bland. We would go again though to try other stuff on the card as the ceviche was a real hit! Prices are on the high...
Read moreWe had an exceptional meal here on Sunday afternoon. Two grandparents, one brother/ sister and daughter in law and 3 grandkids. Sebastian our server was amazing, he claimed his English was not good but it’s a lie, he guided us through the specials and the regular menu and was extremely accommodating. We ate the Croquitas and then followed up with the Vietnamese secret pork spring rolls (freshly rolled) the tenderloin steak, the Octopus, the green curry and the salmon. The kids shared two portions of the chicken which was freshly prepared chicken breast, panko-breaded and home-cut fries. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal as well the draft beer with lunch. For dessert we had fresh espresso and Barroquito especial. Sebastian also treated us to a bottle of cava on the house. We will definitely come back. Fantastic service, food and location on Plaza de...
Read moreThey served poke bowls, tacos, Peruvian, Indian and wok. Kind of like the ducks - they can walk, swim and fly but mastered at none. I made a wrong choice of ordering the prawn ceviche which was pretty looking but taste-wise offered nothing exciting and so difficult to eat because it came in crispy tortillas. I made a huge mess trying to finish it. So, avoid this if you’re on a first date. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. The Peruvian fried rice didn’t exactly remind us of anything Peruvian. It was pretty nondescript that if you closed your eyes and took a bite it could also be just any wok fried...
