The burger joint has a nice atmosphere and is well-established, but the overall dining experience was disappointing due to excessive saltiness in almost every dish.

We tried the Mas Smash burger, which was extremely salty and dry, with excessive cheese that did not improve the taste. The Kiki chicken burger was supposed to be crunchy but was not, and the bun was too sweet. Additionally, the rustic potatoes tasted as if they had been warmed in the microwave, detracting from their appeal. The normal french fries were also too seasoned and salty. Honestly I doubted if to give an overall of two stars but I have hope it was a glitch and things might get better.

It would be better to allow guests to choose the amount of salt in their food.

It's unfortunate because the location and vibe of this place have great potential, but the quality of the food needs significant...

Nicely decorated restaurant. Unfortunately, they are not staffed enough, or they seem to be very slow at what they do. I ordered a chicken burger, the only one they served, and it appears they can not cook the chicken meat properly as it was still raw, pink, and chewy in the middle. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she went to replace the meal, but it seems the manager or cook can not guarantee the battered chicken meat will be properly cooked so I had to choose a different burger. I'm not very impressed with the service considering where they are located and how much...

Hoy volví a comer con mi nieta a este establecimiento (es la cuarta o quinta vez, pues a ella le encanta). La vez anterior ya tuve problemas con la reserva de una mesa. Fui super temprano porque íbamos con unos amigos norteamericanos y quería una determinada mesa. Me aseguraron que no había ningún problema y cuando nos presentamos, la mencionada mesa estaba ocupada. Ni una disculpa. Frialdad total. Pero bueno como creo que todo se merece una segunda oportunidad, hoy he vuelto, desgraciadamente. Llegamos a las 14 horas, pedimos las bebidas y al poquito nos tomaron nota de la comida (una hamburguesa Kiki y una ensalada César, ambas cosas de pollo). En ese momento había muy poca ocupación. Fueron llegando más clientes y les fueron atendiendo. Nosotras estábamos jugando con el teléfono y fuero pasando los minutos sin darnos cuenta, hasta que de pronto vi las 14,45 y no nos habían servido nada. Llamé a una de las empleadas y le pregunté si había algún problema con nuestro pedido. Me dijo que se iba a informar. De vuelta nos comenta que el sistema no había registrado el pedido y por tanto no había nada preparado. Yo me habría ido en ese momento, pero mi nieta prefería quedarse. Le digo a la señorita que, por favor, nos repita el pedido y se vuelve a ir. Regresa y nos comenta que no hay pollo. Mi cara de poker debió ser de anunció. Después de una hora y ahora me dicen que no hay pollo. Increíble. Todo ésto exactamente con la misma empatía que en mi anterior visita, o sea cero. Mala atención, falta de respuesta y profesionalidad cero. Por supuesto no volveré nunca más a este establecimiento en concreto. He visitado está franquicia en Madrid, en Málaga y en otras ciudades. En todas muy bien, excepto aquí, que es francamente deplorable....
