A fantastic discovery Although I live in Santiago de Compostela, I had never been to this cafe, which, as I have been told, has been under new management for a couple of months. I can assure that we will repeat. We decided to go there for a light lunch given the positive reviews we saw on the internet and it certainly was the right decision. Unlike the typical cafe in Santiago, where customer service is frequently deficient, here you feel really welcome and you can notice that the personnel are friendly and attentive. We wanted to eat outside, but we decided to go inside as the sun was too strong and there were no free tables in the shade. Seeing our interest, the waitress offered to place a big parasol, which was greatly appreciated. The food was really nice and the portions very generous. Two tables opened up and others were seated, one party that arrived after us. Eventually we were spoken to and asked to stand to the side of the restaurant and wait.
