I was procrastinating my pilgrimage trip for 10 years, always finding an excuse for not to do it. Then researching on the web; I did find this great company: Pilgrim. Before I bought the package, I called and emailed about 20 times. Puri, my sales lady, was knowledgeable and patient and addressed every single con that I had. Then I realised, this Camino company was exactly what I was looking for and didn’t have any more excuses not to buy it. My religious motives to walk el Camino couldn’t been achieved without Pilgrim’s help. I am out of shape and after walking the first 22 kilometres, I had to change my bookings and reservations 10 times because of my blisters. I did talk with about almost every lady (Silvia, Lara, Cristal, Puri, are some of them)in the company while doing my booking changes and I received 100% great service every single time, so good, that I have decided to walk some stages of El Camino every year( I only walked the last 115 kilometres for the Compostela.) I'm wondering if I rate them now on here the owner or someone will actually call me which I've been requesting after paying 8000€ April 10th. 1 star to 3 so as not to affect your rating but I am sooooooo very frustrated!!! I see the owner asking people to contact them instead of posting here...but in my case it's been utterly impossible since I paid. Before I paid I had their utmost attention and customer service. Most expensive trip Ive ever paid for in my life and still am not calm. We leave in 12 days for a two week walk and I should be thinking about that. Dropping my review down to 1 star. We now leave in 6 days and still waiting for confirmation on what we actually paid (each person), boat vouchers which were incorrect and information on our luggage which we paid...

La experiencia con esta empresa ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Los agentes que me han atendido han sido excepcionales. Desde el primer momento demostraron una gran profesionalidad, amabilidad y atención al detalle. Me acompañaron durante todo el proceso de reserva, resolviendo dudas rápidamente, ayudándome incluso cuando cometí un error en la reserva, y gestionando servicios adicionales como el traslado en taxi entre localidades.

Hotel Maisonnave: Muy limpio, con una ubicación excelente y un desayuno estupendo. Fue una elección acertadísima.

Hotel Rural El Cerco: Teníamos una habitación en el ático con tragaluces y vistas impresionantes. La distribución del espacio estaba muy bien pensada y resultaba muy acogedora. La ubicación era perfecta, justo en la ruta del Camino, sin necesidad de desviarse. Al llegar, nuestras mochilas ya estaban en la habitación — ¡un servicio excelente! El personal fue encantador. Nos encantó este lugar.

Hospedería Chapitel: Habitación enorme, ubicación excelente y un desayuno delicioso. Al igual que en otras paradas, nuestras mochilas ya estaban en la habitación al llegar — un detalle que se agradece muchísimo. Además, no supone un gran desvío del Camino. Y la ducha… ¡una maravilla! Potente y revitalizante, justo lo que uno necesita después de una jornada de caminata.

Correos Pack Mochila: Al principio me preocupaba un poco la etiqueta de papel para la mochila, especialmente pensando en la lluvia. Sin embargo, el servicio fue impecable: mi mochila siempre llegaba antes que yo y ya estaba en mi habitación. ¡Un servicio excelente!

Taxi Puente – Carmen Erro Gorraiz: Era temprano por la mañana para charlas, pero el taxi llegó puntual y el trayecto fue seguro y cómodo. Mi esposa incluso comentó lo bien que olía el coche. Un servicio fiable y muy profesional.

Por último, sinceramente, no hemos echado en falta nada. La organización ha sido impecable y todo ha funcionado a la perfección. Si tuviera que hacer una pequeña sugerencia, quizás sería mejorar el sistema de etiquetado de las mochilas en caso de lluvia, ya que las etiquetas de papel pueden ser algo delicadas.
