My honest review
Pros: Good food. Relaxed outdoor seating, with no noise - I hate indoors stuffy overcrowded restaurants. Felt welcomed and comfortable despite being solo. The "Croquetas" are to die for - don't miss them. Not too close to the pilgrims' hotspots, where you pay 1/3 of the price for far less quality - I had a terrible "pulpo" swimming in olive oil, at one of those places for €25.
Cons: A bit disappointed with the "Bonito" fish - not oily nor flaky (the texture felt bit dry) Albariño wine needs to be in a ice bucket - this one was also my fault. Should have ordered a half bottle instead of glasses. I was hoping to try the "Zamburiñas" - they were sold out.
Tips: Make a reservation, or you won't eat there, even if there are free tables. Make a reservation for the 1st timeslot, so the good stuff doesn't sell out.
Hope to return soon enough.

Read moreThis is one of the two restaurants I have repeated during a trip this year, and I am so happy I did. The restaurant has a small menu (available in their website) and some dishes of the day. On our first visit we tried the three kind of croquetas they have (one not on menu) and they were presented ordered by flavor so that none would get overpowered by the other ones, they were superb. We had 5 dishes from the menu and 3 from the daily specials. All were amazing. Wine pairing recomended was great both days. Desserts had the perfect texture. The atmosphere and service was also to die for. This restaurant tries to be a confy place with great food and it is just that, a place to relax, eat amazing food and feel like you are part of the family. Would come back to Santiago just...
