Buen Gusto — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

I came to eat with my girlfriend after looking at the google reviews.We arrived there in the afternoon.The owner asked us what do you want to drink.We answered water,so the owner brought the water that was most likely prefilled and she twisted the cap without removing it to make it look as if it was open.We wait for another 15 min ,she doesn't give is the menu.I standup after that and ask her.Can we have the menu.She then says we are not serving food.Why dont you say that before having a customer walk in to a restaurant that the kitchen is closed?then we leave and she starts running after us to give her two euros for the bottle of water as of we were thieves.Even though she wasted our time for a good 20 minutes.We wouldn't have sat in the first place. Ended up pouring the bottle of water under the plant next to her restaurant.Probably that bottle will be refilled for another customer.She is unprofessional and rude and cant...

The service was good, a bit long wait but we all know - good food needs time, but unfortunately this time, we had no luck. The dish we ordered supposed to be no 1 in Spanish/Catalan cuisine and all we got was a huge disappointment. An expensive tasteless dish with wrong base and seasonings, no chilli, no garlic, defrosted fish and literally 4 shrimps passed as prawns. What went wrong, I don't know. Paper in coffe which tasted absolutely disgusting, it was a struggle showing the waiter the paper due to a big communication barrier but a replacement was made which is good but that's about as far it goes. The second tasted even worse and nuclear which I can only imagine it was the original but with more water added to look full.
