3 stars given as enjoyed first visit here, steak pie excellent, potatoes not really, daughter didnt like her cheese burger & chips & as others have commented service can be slow. Also George Michael entertainer was good. Steak pie drew us back for 2nd visit which was a disaster. Although we knew exactly what we wanted to eat when we arrived & told the waitress we were ready it took 20 mins before they came back to take the food order. Then was told they had just sold the last steak pie! Didnt fancy anything else on the menu so ordered curly fries as we had just been given drinks, other would gave left & gone elsewhere. Daughter ordered chicken nuggets & chips but there was no accompaniment as is usually the norm. Annoyingly saw people who had arrived after us be served with steak pies! Chip & fries we'nt great & we left most of them. Also surrounded by people smoking whilst eating - not good! We decided to leave, asked for the bill that didnt arrive after 10 mins. So we got up to go to pay & whilst on the way to pay briefly chatting to another table, they sat others @ the table we had been sat at. Still no sign of the bill! I recently visited a restaurant that served delicious fish dishes and burgers, paired with cold beers and an amazing view of palm trees. Not only was the food excellent, but the workers were also incredibly nice, making the overall dining experience a delight.
