Crem De La Crem — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

If you're coming to this place just for drinks, it's a great idea. However, if you plan to eat, there are a few things to consider.

First of all, always ask for the price of dishes that are not on the main menu, like the daily specials. We were attracted to this place by its reasonable prices and good reviews, but were disappointed when we weren't informed about the cost of one of these specials in advance. As a result, we ended up paying much more than we had anticipated.

The drinks were fine, although we were told that hot drinks, which were listed on the menu, were unavailable. It was a bit confusing – why list something that isn't offered?

Secondly, the quality of the food was below average. I ordered a ribeye steak that was priced at 13.90€ on the menu, but in the bill, it was 21€. The steak itself was mediocre, with too much fat and connective tissue, rather than actual meat.

Thirdly, we had to wait a very long time for our order – at least an hour before the main dish arrived.

On the bright side, the starters we ordered came quickly and were quite tasty. The drinks were reasonably priced and also good.

Overall, I would rate this place 3 out of 5. The service was decent, but the kitchen and pricing could use some...

We went into this place on a day we’d prefer to forget, we were robbed of all our cash in our apartment. Not feeling that hungry but needed a bite to eat, we were welcomed in by Carmen,a really bubbly great front of house lady. Had a very nice meal couple of drinks and went to pay the bill - by card, Carman said they only took cash which we hadn’t got. She said there’s a cash point at the top of the steps across road, so I wandered off there. What happened then was wonderfully extraordinary, my partner told Carman our bad news whilst I was on my way to the cash point. Half way there, Mate had followed me up, turned me round and said, you’re not paying your bill it’s on me, took me back to the restaurant gave us a round of drinks and voucher for free food?!! Restoring a bit of faith back in human nature. What bloke! Crem de la Crem = Best of the Best, very apt for this man. Not only successful restaurateurand talented entertainer but a kind human being who deserves every success. Thank you Mate,we’ll keep coming back. See you next...

Came across the restaurant by accident, absolutely a little gem of a place, the beer was cold, the staff were amazing and the food was beyond 5 stars.

The venue is lovely, clean and well presented. They have a wonderful deck area with a view of the Atlantic. The menu was clear and not overly busy.

I believe the menu would be pleasing to any dietary choices along with value for money. I'm sure there is something for everyone to have a wonderful meal or even just drinks.

Although the chef wasn't able to provide my first choice he was prepared to go above and beyond to prepare me something as close to, however, I was more than happy to go with my second choice which was amazing and every item was fresh.

Will definitely come back later in the week as they have an awesome specials menu as well as choices for an evening meal.

I do think anyone would disappointed spending a couple of hours here enjoying great food, great staff and cold beer as well as the shits and sprits.
