A Five-Star Gem Overlooking Seville's Cathedral
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the stunning views and the warm ambiance. What truly made our evening exceptional was the delightful encounter with Olga, downstairs at the door. Olga's welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm convinced us to give this place a chance, and I am immensely grateful that we did. Her sweet presence truly added an extra layer of hospitality and warmth, making us feel like cherished guests from the very start.
As for the restaurant itself, the panoramic views of Seville's Cathedral from the rooftop were breathtaking. The ambiance was romantic, with the cathedral illuminated against the night sky, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The menu was fantastic, we got many things but the best plate was of course the see food paella. The warm chocolate cake also was served alongside generous scoop of velvety vanilla ice cream. The presentation was as great as the taste.
The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and incredibly friendly. The diverse cocktail menu added an extra layer of excitement to our evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the unique and expertly curated options. Cheers to the talented guy behind the bar for adding another dimension of delight to our unforgettable...
Read moreSo we visited this bar today. We arrived on the roofop which was not busy and sat looking out at the view whilst waiting to be served. The barman was a young miserable guy and abrptly told us to move to a table of 2 as we had sat at a 4. There is a way to ask and it wasn't the way he did😡. When we went to the 2 it meant we had no view so my husband said we would prefer the other table the barman at this point was rolling his eyes and tutting behind my husbands back. The bar was not busy lots of free tables so the barman was just being awkward. I called him up on the eye rolling etc it and he was saying he didn't and then did it again to me and then again when my husband😳At this point I said "You are not busy there are loads of tables free and you are employed to do a job and not pull faces behind customers backs" he continued to pull faces and be rude. We left and I asked to speak to the Manager on the way out, she said she had little English so didn't understand. We gave up in the end and went to a different bar where customers are appreciated. If the owner of A.R.T Sky Bar is reading this I would say maybe look at teaching the guy who was working your rooftop bar today around 12 (lunchtime) how to be courteous to customers, or you may not have any soon. A smile and manners...
Read moreI went to the roof top at night and ordered 3 drinks. Total bill 45€. After 30mins the waiter told us they were closing the bar and we had to leave. I asked him why did he serve me three 15€/drink (standard price at this place) without letting me know they would ask me to leave soon after. He then was quite rude telling me that that was my responsibility to know that bars close at a that time. I'll never go back again, and would not recommend it. Also, with those prices, you would expect to see the bottle they're serving your drink from, however, they bring glasses already full from the counter. This place lost a lot of quality recently. Service is not good. If they make mistakes, they should, as minimum, apologise instead of blaming clients for not knowing closing times. Really rude.
They offered us to finish our drink in the bar downstairs which we accepted, abd when we got there, they told us the bar was closed, and they could give us only 5 minutes while they finished tidying up. So really, offering to go downstairs was not a solution. Seriously, what a...
