We'd noticed the restaurant, but hadn't time to visit until the following night. When we arrived, we realized that we should have made reservations. Still, they found a place for us! Very grateful! We had the appetizer sampler. Everything on it was excellent! Also had the shish taouk. Everything was seasoned well and tasted lovely. The host, Tarek, checked on us often to make sure we were okay. He offered a spicy sauce to try. It was SPICY, but good. I couldn't stop eating it once I began. Don't touch your eyes! At the end of the meal, Tarek couldn't persuade us to have dessert because we couldn't eat another bite! Still, he insisted on a complimentary baklava. So light and sweet and fluffy! They put the IVA on the bill and I still added more because it was that good! Thank you and I hope to return again!

Went for lunch there based on the reviews we saw on here. We got there and we were given a table by the bathroom entrance. We kindly requested another table. Once we sat down and ordered our food: a shish taouk and shawgrill pollo. We waited almost 1 hour for our food to arrive. We were offered complimentary humous and bread after waiting for 45 minutes. My shawgrill pollo was ok, however I don't feel like it was worth the 30 minute wait whatsoever. Halfway through her shish taouk, my partner noticed that some of the chicken pieces in her food were undercooked, which put her off from finishing the rest. We flagged this to the waiter and he did offer to replace the dish, but we would've had to wait another 30 mins, which we rejected. We also found that the attitude of the waiter was not helpful, as he was excusing himself for only being a waiter and not being able to do anything about it. Once we paid and got out, I noticed that we got charged for a Sangria XL (€5) rather than the glass I had, which was supposed to be €2.6. Very disappointing experience and I wouldn't personally recommend this place. Undercooked meat, unhelpful behaviour and extra charges for nothing.

Was looking forward to this place. There are so many great reviews. But please read the reviews of food poisoning. My dish, the chicken biryani, was stale. The chicken dry. And now thinking the kofta undercooked. The rice undercooked. I've returned home, and all of us have unsettled stomachs and indigestion. When asked about the food, I said to staff, not fresh. The manager gave me a lecture about most people being good with it. On return to our flat, unfortunately, my worst suspicions came true. There are other halal restaurants in Sevilla or ask Tapas places for vegetarian or seafood options. The local food is so much superior. It's annoying that halal places seem to think they can serve substandard food to their captive muslim customers. I'm not convinced by the volume of positive reviews. If they can't get a chicken shish taouk rigt and controlling food standards in height of summer that's worrying. Avoid if you don't want to risk getting sick during a holiday and time that is precious to many. If the food is dangerous to health (read other one-star reviews), then maybe health inspectors should do a visit to protect other customers.

We recently dined at your restaurant with a friend, and unfortunately, our experience wasn’t quite what we expected. Since we weren’t familiar with the menu, my friend showed a picture of a dish (which we later found out was lamb chops) on Instagram, and I ordered directly from the menu without a picture. However, the waitress did not repeat the order back to us, which led to both of us receiving the same meal, even though we intended to order different dishes to share. Additionally, there was a match being shown on the TV, and it seemed that the waitresses were more focused on watching the game than attending to customers. We felt like we were disturbing them whenever we needed something, as no one came to check on us throughout the meal. I had to place my leftover bones on a napkin because there was no follow-up service to bring a side plate. Only 3 tables had people so the restaurant wasnt busy either (around 7:30 pm). While the food itself was good, it was greasier than I usually prefer. Given the service issues we encountered, we probably wouldn’t choose to visit this restaurant again.

It’s tucked into a small lane in pretty Seville.. i was disappointed with food and service. We ordered sheesh tawuk and sheesh kebab. We didn’t like either. However, the best we liked was the one the waiter brought to us by mistake and we started eating not knowing what it was. It was called Lamb tajein.. We wished we ordered only tajein and rice instead. The service wasn’t good - 1) took a lot of time to even get starters (like humus and khubus), 2) served us something we didn’t order (we enjoyed it, but feel for the other person who had to wait extra time :(), 3) one of the waiters passing by clearly ignored us when we were calling out for his attention, 4) the waiter needed a reminder to get us ketchup.. But the one serving us was courteous.

This place is one of my favourite food places, internationally. They have amazing Middle-Eastern food with beautiful presentation. Literally everything we ordered was delicious. The decor is lovely and transports you to the Muslim world. Mohamad, Gaith and Amer looked after us. Service was impeccable and extremely friendly. They actually make you feel at home which is remarkable. I highly highly recommend! Update: we loved this place so much, we returned tonight and ordered totally different food. Again, everything was amazing! Definitely did not disappoint. Karim was very helpful tonight and service was again, excellent.
