Why am I giving Burger King 4 stars. Air conditioning, free refills on any size drink - something McDonald’s doesn’t offer in Spain and value. Normally, you can get full for under 10 €. I didn’t see any wifi network or else I would’ve given them a 5! I know you’re thinking why go to an American fast food chain in Spain…well the one thing no one ever tells you when traveling in a country for mor than a week or two is that you get tired of the local cuisine! I’ve eaten so much paella, empanadas and tapas that I just had wanted some down and dirty fast food! I also like to see the local spin on these US chains like the goat cheese burger at McDonald’s in Granada or like Burger King does not give you your ice cream till you ask for it because it is after your meal like dessert. Read moreHonestly I am not sure about this place. The time when we visited, the terminals were out of order for at least 30 minutes. At the counter "obviously" our order was taken in the wrong way and we got something else what we intended. Let's say it is ok because we don't speak Spanish.
Also the cleanliness is not satisfactory in this place- everything seemed and felt to be a bit dirty and sticky.
However I have seen multiple people working around the tables to clean - so I believe that the below standard tidyness it is not the fault of the staff but more likely can be a management / leadership issue, or...
