On June 25,2019 around 9:45pm my family went this restaurant. We had a dinner first day when we arrived in Sevilla and even though the service was just so so, being close to where we stayed and food was decent so we went back on last night in Sevilla which was biggest mistake ever. We travelled from Barcelona, Malagas, Mijas, Granada and Ronda and all the experience we had was pretty good except the service at this particular restaurant. We were eating out every single day and we enjoyed all the tapas and platos of Spain has to offer. One young waiter (not so tall with beard) was so rude yelling us hey hey and point out the seats inside the hall. He didn’t even bother to show which table. Then he came back and threw the menu on the cross a table of 4. We were party of 6 so we tried to sit on empty table of 8and he came say very rude and loud No No No and take one chair from the table behind without asking other customers and again threw a chair under a table. The other customers were saying he’s rude and one other table walked away as well. As we exit ourself trying to ignore and not ruin our evening, a waitress was asking us why we are leaving and I told her that the waiter was rudest person I ever encountered at the restaurants in Spain and I don't think he wants to work at all. Chasing away the customer like that. The restaurant owner should re-train their staff with basic manner and make sure they treat the customer the way they want to be treated with their family. All my best memory in Seville or Spain for that matter was ruined and gave us unpleasant ending. I am still so upset. I would give 0 but min. Star is 1 It's too sad that one waiter can do this to the business. Avoid this restaurant and sort the review by lowest and READ...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant in Sevilla, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The food was rather unpalatable; every dish seemed drowned in excessive sauces(as you can see in the pictures),leaving a displeasing taste. What made matters worse was the absence of vegetarian or vegan options, which limited the choices further. Even common options like regular fries or patatas bravas were unavailable, and fresh bread was missing from the menu.
The service also left a lot to be desired, as the food wasn't served simultaneously, affecting the overall dining experience negatively. Regrettably, if there was an option to rate this establishment with zero stars out of 5, it would be warranted. Sadly, the lowest possible rating you could give was a single star.
To potential diners, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. The unsatisfactory food quality, absence of vegetarian options, and service issues make it an establishment best skipped for a more enjoyable dining experience...
Read moreFood: 5 stars - We tried different Tapas dishes and all of them were absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety of Spanish dishes, ranging from seafood to vegetables. The prices were pretty reasonable for what we got. Our soft drinks were on the smaller side though, we got served 237 mL bottles with two large ice cubes to compensate for these small bottles…
Service: 2 stars - Most of the staff does not speak English, but this was not an issue for us. Unfortunately, we did not feel very welcomed by them while we were having dinner. The staff members just quickly placed the dishes on the side of the table (instead of placing them in front of us) and barely said anything. After dinner, we wanted some more drinks but we were ignored by the waiters. We then decided to just pay and leave.
Atmosphere: 3 stars - The location is wonderful, and the building beautiful. Unfortunately, because of how the staff acted, we did not feel totally at ease: the place did not...
