Patanchón Bar de Tapas — Restaurant in Seville

The worst experience in my life, literally a nightmare! If I have could given 0 stars, I would have done it. I entered in the place at around 23.30 the waiter initially kind asked for our order. I ordered oxtail stew and i received a completely cold dish, but I thought it was supposed to be served in this way so I didn't complain about it. While I was eating with my girlfriend, more than one cockroach entered inside the place, between feet of the clients. Everyone was disgusted, I pointed out to the waiter and he smiled at me telling: "what can I do, they came from the street". Still disgusted I tried to go further eating until the second dish that I previously ordered, arrived. When the waiter gave me the second dish, he brought also the bill telling me that they were closing. So I asked if I could have at least finished the dish, for which I would have to pay, but it was told to me by a waitress that I had to pay first. Incredibly angry I complained about the unbelievable request of the waitress and she answered me that they couldn't wait, because all places have to be closed at that hour. So I pointed out that no one told me about that when I sat, and that I wouldn't have taken a seat in the place at that condition. Again she didn't care and demanded me to pay immediately. Conclusion: I payed a bill of 40€ for the worst experience that I have ever lived in my life! I totally don't...

Check your bill. I've been there twice, first time, no problem whatsoever, food was good and quick, but yesterday was a different story. When we came we asked for paella and waiter said that they have it (they have amazing paella) after couple of minutes waitress came and ask if we can wait like 20 minutes we said that it's fine (we order tapas as well) so was perfect. After half an hour we was after tapas and drinks so I asked waiter without any fuss how long we should wait because we had some plans he said 5 minutes so ok.we knew that this paella is worth a bit of time, any way cut Long story short, we was sitting one hour without any food and after our time has come we get our paella which was very salty( ok maybe it's my taste not complaining and I'm a chef so I have some experience in this subject, but I'm not picky and I don't like complaining) we finished it and ask for a bill. When I checked it we were overcharged €12 so I question it. We they brought my "correct" bill still was like € 3.30 extra so one more time and finally success. We had couple of beers extra and bottles of water. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed because I was second time in Seville even brought my friend to this place. Needs to be zero stars. We were a group of five and the waitresses were very rude (shouting) in setting a table up for us. Then when our bottle of wine arrived the waitress poured out the wine and emptied the bottle in one of my friends glasses so it was ridiculously full without sharing it around and walked off. On ordering our tapas the waiter told us to stop ordering and walked off before we had finished! We had to ask him back to finish our order which was very strange.. The night continued to go bad to worse unfortunately, the food began to arrive and at first we spotted a hair in one of the dishes…shortly later followed by a dead fly in another!!! We called the waitress over to complain and there was no apology she simply argued with us that there are flies in the air and one could just simply drop dead on your plate!!! Eventually she took the plates away, still no apology. we agreed to pay for everything with the exception of the 2 dishes which were contaminated, which was very generous of us given the series of unfortunate events, and even then they tried to over charge us for dishes we didn’t even have!
