Came here as 3 families together, and when ordering we asked the waitress if we could separate the cheques by family which she agreed would be ok to do. We ordered our starters and mains including the ‘homemade chicken nuggets and chips’ for the 3 children with us. Around 30 minutes after we ordered our food, they inform us that there is no chicken nuggets with fries for the kids- they could’ve told us immediately after we ordered if the waitress was unaware of this at the time. Anyway, we ordered alternatives for the children and our mains were brought out as we were still eating our starters (so we had no room on the table, as well as this being practice). Two of the lasagne mains came out, one had been clearly baked in the oven as was cooked on top, the other was just cheese on top and had no browning to it so had to ask to have it baked. The pizzas came, as far as pizzas go, for €15 you’d expect a lot better, but not the worst thing I’ve tasted in my life. After we all finished our food we asked for our bill. It was given to us.. and yep, you guessed it everything was on one bill even though We specifically asked for them separate. When I went up to ask if we could have the bill split between the three families one of the waitresses said “no we can’t do that” (I tried to explain that the other waitress had agreed this was ok to do”, but then a male waiter got the pad they take orders on and a pen, and threw them across the counter at me. Not only that but two of the children in our group just wanted pasta with a tomato sauce, the waitress said this would be fine to do.. the bill charged both these small childrens portions of pasta at almost €15 each (even though it was agreed it would be the same amount as the childrens bolognaise on the menu at around €8). After speaking to them about this they agreed to charge us at the original €8 (approx), but the only reason this was ordered in the first place was because they waited at least 30 minutes to tell us there was no chicken nuggets. We knew not to expect much when we entered, and sometimes you can let poor food go if the service is good, but the fact that the service is terrible, the customer service is non existent, and that they thought it was ok to overcharge us for items is absolutely shameful on them. Tourist trap for sure.. if you think of going there because it’s quieter than the surrounding restaurants, it’s because it’s going to be a terrible experience. Don’t go, you’ll only be really...

From the getgo the place looked nice and quaint. We asked for separate bills as there were 3 families which they said was fine. We ordered childrens meals of nuggets, amongst other things. After around 20 mins and after the starters came they told us they had no nuggets for the kids, so we ordered 2 childrens pastas and a sausage and chips….. the food was bland and things had to go back because they werent right. The lasagne was made with what tasted like ketchup, the paella was burned to the bottom of the pan…. When the bill came it was extortionate (and all on one bill). We had been charged for too many childrens meals, and not only that, they had put the childrens meals through as adult meals costing more than double (which the kids didnt eat because it was basically pasta in ketchup). When we questioned the bill we were met with arrogance and excuses. One of the servers threw his notepad down and stormed off when talking to my wife (which i am glad I didnt witness) i think the only reason they concieved and changed the bill was because they realised we werent going to pay a penny more than what we had to.
It was only after our experience that we came to see the reviews on here. I was hoping that our experience was a one off but clearly not. Avoid this place...

Lady in the white headscarf (see picture) showed us to a table right in front of the door. After a few moments, I asked the staff if I could place an order; she said, "one minute."
Many minutes passed, during which she was occupied clearing other tables and talking to her colleagues. I asked her again, she acknowledged me with her palm, asking to wait.
I asked her a third time after a few minutes, and she ended up chatting with her colleagues behind the counter. I then told the male colleague in the picture that I was leaving, to which he went, "Okay."
I subsequently informed the lady with the white headscarf as well, to which she also went, "Okay."
I guess my business is not wanted. In the meantime, many other (white) guests were attended to, so I guess they are more wanted than me. Please don't give me the menu if you don't intend...
