KFC — Restaurant in Seville

Service of KFC day by day is deteriorating. And the customer service is getting even worse. I asked for 9 hot wings. They charged me 6 euros which was the regular price. When I came to the sit I saw the promotion: 9 hot wings for 4.99 euros. Now my question is, when I asked the sales lady for 9 wings she supposed to offer me the promotion, isn't it the correct way to serve a customer? Even they didn't even provide tissue papers and put the hot wings in such a way which is not expected at all from a chicken giant KFC. Why they cheat like this. The offer is valid till 31 December 2018. And out of 9 hot wings 7 pieces were very small and you can hardly hold on. The wings should be equally distributed small and big pieces. They are not able to handle bulk customers. The fries were there for more than 15 mins on rack with cheese on it and they served after 15-20 mins to another customer. I really didn't expect it and I will never visit that branch again. They cheated me. EVEN DELETED THE VOUCHER AS PROOF. FOR SECURITY REASON I REMOVED THE NAME AND OTHERS ONLY THE PRICE. Es lamentable que un sitio donde la experiencia de pasar un rato consumiendo sus productos (que generalmente son buenos) y donde el precio es igual o superior al que conseguimos en cualquier restaurante, se haga desagradable por el descontrol en el aforo y la demora en la entrega de las comidas. No se guarda ningún tipo de medida preventiva relacionada al COVID: sin control de aforo, sin delimitaciones de espacios (salvo las mesas que si están marcadas las disponibles para uso y las que no), sin distancias minimas respecto al área de pedido ni de recogida de tienda, sin delimitaciones en el area de autoservicio en las bebidas, sin control dentro de la tienda en las areas de pedido (automático en los puntos de venta disponibles ni en mostrador). Nadie limpia las mesas despues de su uso...etc. Me surgen dudas si el "descontrol" que he visto y padecido en la tienda será el mismo en cocinas con el personal interno. Los productos excelentes como siempre, con la misma desproporción de siempre entre precio/valor, pero que cuando tus hijos se antojan de la marca tienes que obviar. Por mi parte dudo asistir o consumir sus productos hasta que la pandemia del COVID pase (aunque mis hijos insistan) o hasta que demuestren un poco de razonamiento respecto a su política de ventas y normativa preventiva al respecto. No desarrollo mi opinión respecto a demora en la entrega de productos ya que si no se preocupan por un virus que mata a personas, menos se preocuparán por esto, pero si me pareció excesivo esperar 20 minutos por un menú que terminaron sirviendo en mesa a los 30 minutos... comida rapida le dicen, no? Cobro rapido y ahí te quedas...

This location is not very good. The portion of fries to start was pathetic. The beer was also not filled all the way to the top. The bun was stale and crumbled as I touched it. The chicken meat is overcooked, it's like chewing breaded rubber. However, it's not the worst KFC I have had in Andalusia. There is a lot of room for improvement here. Most of the clientele is from South America; I'm not sure the reason for that. The bathrooms are also quite filthy. Overall a disappointing experience, and I left...
