The food here is a functioning hybrid of traditional Spanish dishes and other international cuisine. The flavors incorporate more interesting spices and balances of acidity and salt. The staff were incredibly knowledgable and attentive, far more than other places I have been in the area. Some things were not perfectly executed, but there is no way to give a break-down rating.

I would rate as follows:

Food Options: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I would also say, depending on your preferences this may or may not be your preffered cuisine. This is close enough to Spanish to be enjoyed by locals seeking new flavors, but maybe not quite as eclectic as Americans may think when they see the...

We visited here just a week after they opened. The staff was fantastic helping to guide us through the menu. They had maki, ceviche, and croquettes with Peruvian chicken - everything was fresh and tasted delicious. This is just up from Hercules Alameda and has a great corner location with lots of windows for an open feel so sorting inside or out are fine.

This is definitely a unique twist on traditional tapas that are found in Sevilla.

We met Jao the chef and he is humble and talented and absolutely inventive. Prices are reasonable and staff remade a dish for me after we found our octopus was in it.

Absolutely worth a visit away from the more touristy areas (they do have...

Went to this restaurant searching for authentic peruvian food as the more than 100 comments described. Unfortunatly we ended up being disapointed of the quality of the products used ( makis with almost no salmon in them and not ripped avocado, chaufa rice anounced in the title of the lomo saltado, and ended up with some rice with soy sauce & corn) and 2/ the cocktails and service were « ok » but we couldn’t help listing to the chef coughing constantly in his mask the whole time we were eating. Unfortunatly we do not recommend this place for the dished we ate: makis acevichados, ceviche de carretilla, lomo saltado en wok. Hope my comment is usefull for further...

A delicious and creative fusion of Spanish, South American and Asian flavors. The tuna tartare with lemon ice cream was delicious! Sounds weird but the flavors went together so well. We also had the ceviche, the salmon ngiri with a very nice citrus/spicy chili sauce, and the pork ngiri. Casual dining.
