The food here is a functioning hybrid of traditional Spanish dishes and other international cuisine. The flavors incorporate more interesting spices and balances of acidity and salt. The staff were incredibly knowledgable and attentive, far more than other places I have been in the area. Some things were not perfectly executed, but there is no way to give a break-down rating.

Unfortunatly we do not recommend this place for the dished we ate: makis acevichados, ceviche de carretilla, lomo saltado en wok. Hope my comment is usefull for further...
