Syra Coffee - Las Setas — Restaurant in Seville

It says on Google and on the door that they are open at 8:00 in the morning. We arrived at 8:30 and the light was on but the door was closed. The barista was watching us from inside, we tried to get his attention but he ignored us for 30 minutes. At 9:05 he opened the door so I said « Hola », he looked at me sideways and did not answer. He was very unpleasant so we decided to leave.

Absolutely adored the coffee and the barista was incredibly friendly and helpful. I live next to a roastery in Manchester and Syra holds its own with some of the best coffee shops I've been. Incredibly cheap for the coffee too compared with UK and Irish prices. I sometimes worry that the oat milk used might be too sweet but this one worked perfectly with the coffee and complemented rather than overpowered it.

Well the coffee is perfect. Best latte in town. I gave 1 star for the service but only for the person who is on duty today because yesterday another guy was a delight. So there’s a chance you could get treated well here and also by chance see the barista roll her eye balls showing how impaciente she is with you and be sarcastic with your questions.
