Infinity Bar de Tapes a Sitges — Restaurant in Sitges

Very nice and fantastic place for any occasions. We stayed at the Calipolis hotel and spent in this bar some evenings. There is lovely view to Sitges promenade, the sea and especially in evenings there is nice view with lovely Latin and Spanish music what we enjoyed very much. Nevertheless the well being in this place can not be real without a staff. The atmosphere in this terrace is very friendly and stunning. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional to cheer every client’s mood up! The whole staff is excellent but especially we would love to mark John Carlos, Lizve, Flavia, John, Martí and a star of every bar’s stage Jonathan! We will return to this...

The worst of the worst. We order food, it took them around 40 minutes to get it ready. When it arrived it was cold, the 3 different plates we ordered. The place was dirty and even though the waiter was super nice to us, there were only 2 persons for around 20 tables, not the waiter mistake but the service took very long and had very bad attention. Le pongo 4 estrellas por el servicio simpatiquísimo (sobre todo una camarera que tenia acento cubano) y el ambiente con música en directo con un DJ.

La comida está regular. Hacia mucho tiempo que no devolvía un plato y esta vez lo tuve que hacer. Además es un plato que es realmente fácil: gambas al ajillo. No sé cómo lo hicieron pero no sabía a nada. Probablemente mala materia prima (gambas congeladas malas) y falta de conocimiento (mirad la salsa de las gambas que he puesto en la foto). El resto de la comida estaba simplemente comestible, pero tampoco buena. La mayoría de los platos tenían la misma base como de tomate, que no siempre quedaba bien. Pedimos boquerones y nos llegaron 6 medio boquerones cortados.

Realmente es una pena que un lugar tan bien localizado, con un servicio tan amable y un ambiente tan bien conseguido falle en la cocina. Avísenme si mejoran ese aspecto porque en tal...
