The food at this restaurant was outstanding, but the service was shockingly poor. Some meals were so late that others had nearly finished before they arrived, and the waiter even had to come back to double-check what people had ordered. Starters were brought out at the same time as mains, and getting anyone’s attention for something as simple as water was nearly impossible.

What made it even more frustrating was that the restaurant was nearly empty and there seemed to be plenty of staff on hand — there was simply no excuse for the disorganization. It’s a shame, because the kitchen is clearly very talented, but the service completely ruined the experience. I...

The atmospher is so nice with such reasonable prices. Im torn between putting 4 or 5 for food because some dishes are outstanding while some are just average. The cereal bread is bery soft, paella is very good and the steamed mussels with the sauce as well are 5/5. The beef entrecot is decent and the portion is generous. Nice coffee but we had to ask 7 times for it. Our food forgotten. The poor server, quite an older gentleman, just walked around looking confused. He actually came to the table 5 times to ask for our order. Something wasn't right. The young server after him was extremely apologetic . Yeah.... it was concerning. We ended up just having coffee and left the food order in the "ether." Better...
