Kathy's Pool Bar — Restaurant in Tías

Kathy's Pool Bar is a Little Jewels hidden away as you will have guessed from the name by the pool of a small complex (don't follow Google map brings you to the wrong street behind, go to the street named in the address. Then you can't miss it, the entrance is well indicated on the right inside at the top of the road).

It has a really pleasant ambiance. Obviously the location is relaxing, good playlist but mostly because of Maureen who's very Friendly and Welcoming, the way she interacts with guests is fantastic, people clearly love her.

The food was really good too, had the English Breakfast, eggs were runny as they should be (not as easy to find as we all know), portions are generous for a good price that also includes your Coffee/Tea or Juice.

Lovely little bar within an apartment complex. Although it is part of the complex, it is open to the public and all customers are free to use pool and changing/loo facilities. Kathy and her team are excellent hosts, and all customers get a cheery welcome with excellent customer service. Although I did not eat there, my friend did, and it looked delicious! The menu is varied full meals, to snacks etc all great prices and value for money. There is entertainment on occasionly too, so certainly worth a visit, great for families with kids if you fancy a change...

Stayed at Luz y Mar at the beginning of July and Kathy's pool bar is the main reason why i would return. Kathy, Maureen and all the staff are on hand for all your food and drink needs and make you feel extremely welcome from the first moment you arrive until the sad moment you have to leave.
