If I could give them a -5 I would have. The waiter & owner were very rude & cussed us out. The waiter, a woman, yelled at us about what we wanted to order, was very demanding and not understanding that we knew little spanish. When we tried to get her attention she yelled what do you want. It took them 50min. To bring us our food because they decided to serve everyone that came in after us FIRST, just for the chicken to be cold. We are on a tour so we had to be back to our bus, so we said no thank you to remaking the chicken. They never gave us our drinks, the salmon was cold & thin. When we went to pay they tried to charged us for two entrees, our drinks & desert we never got. So we said please take off the chicken, 3 waters & desert. The owner told us no, we should of let them make it over. Once again very demanding & horrible customer service. He said Again in Spanish he HATES Americans. & it was not their fault we were on a time crunch. But it indeed was because they took 50min to bring us our food. We proceeded to say we would not pay & he cussed us out, & tried to charge us twice. A American themed restaurant that doesn't like AMERICAN? Make it make sense. Food & Customer Service...

We came here and wanted a place to sit. So we sat down. Then we saw that there was a place upstairs where we could sit and had much better seating, therefore we wanted to sit there. I came to ask downstairs if we could place an order only to get a reply saying: “You cannot sit there, because it’s ‘closed’.” Which was weird, while there was clearly no tape or anything. After that they told me there was not enough of us to sit there (yes we were 3 people, but they had tables for 4 and no one was sitting there, not even a reservation). After that all of us came down and wanted to sit behind a bigger table. Then the waiter told us to sit behind a smaller table, because again “there’s not enough of us” and he can put a bigger group behind that bigger table. That getting us confused, because of course it was sounding, like he didn’t care at all where we wanted to sit and he cared just enough about how to make more money then he would if we stayed behind the bigger table. After that we left, not wanting to support people who only care about money. The food could have been very good (judging by the reviews), but we didn’t get...

They delete bad reviews! Do not come here if you are not from Spain. How is the whole establishment based an American place and they talk shit about Americans around us and other customers then cuss us out when issues were communicated. Waitress was not customer centric, we order 2 meals, the 3 of us ordered water. App, main course and dessert. 50 mins and everyone that came in after us got their meals. We finally got our apps. Then the main course came, no water. One meal was cold and we tried to bring it up to the waitress and she yelled "what do you want". She became aggressive, grabbing and slamming plates. We didn't expect to spend so much time in there because all the other places were quick and we had to make our bus. So we decided we didn't want them to remake it nor get our desserts. They made us either pay or eat what they were going to prepare for us. The "boss" became aggressive and cussed us out and the tried to double charge. Refused to remove the food we didn't get!
