This place was such a surprise! I had read this was a nice restaurant with good food but the dishes' taste really put a big smile on my face.

We started with the chicken bao's. To be honest, the way it looked didn't tickle my fancy. But after the first bite I fell in love with this place! Then we had the brioche with beef cheeks. Equally as amazing as the chicken bao. The slow cooked beef with truffled potato mash is to die for and the meat of the Korean bbq-ed pork ribs fell right of the bone. So extremely tender.

On top of this the staff is so friendly, including the chefs, and helpful. Toledo is a fantastic place to visit but a visit to this restaurant is a must when you visit. It is just next level when it comes to taste.

Stumbled upon this delightful restaurant with an interesting menu and nice ambience, and I couldn't be happier! To start, kind of a take on a caprese salad, at least in structure: purple tomato slices topped with smoked sardines, minced apple sorbet, and an "escabeche" foam (vinegary, kind of like a ceviche marinade). My main course was a rice and pork dish typical of this area, paired with a red wine local to this area, of the bobal grape, which I'd never heard of before! For dessert, a "cream of cheese with red forest fruit"--like if panna cotta and cheesecake had a baby, and probably the best...

Just incredible!!! The service is impeccable, it has a family restaurant feel but with a very edgy and vibrant side to it. The gnocchi were definitely home made, the mushroom sauce very generous and tasty but not overpowering. The arroz con con cerdo was VERY good and the absolute highlight of the night was the dessert (with neither me or my partner wanted, but then decided to taste anyway): cremoso de queso con helado y frutos rojos (cream cheese with ice cream and berries) - it’s so good I may just go back for that one thing...
