Careful if you are interested in wine. I ordered an "Enate Chardonnay" off their by-the-glass list. The waitress started pouring me something different. I stopped her and repeated my order. She said they didn't do it by the glass. I showed her their short wine list, where it did say it was available by the glass. She looked for it, then said they didn't have it. She then finished off pouring me my glass, without showing me the bottle, saying, "it's Chardonnay, right?". As if all wines were the same. The wine was ok, but not as good as the one I'd ordered. And it cost more. The waitress was nice enough, but I think (as is so common in Spain), lacked even basic wine training. To be fair the place wasn't a specialist wine bar or anything, more a drinks bar / restaurant with music. But even so, service...

Very bad experience in this restaurant, service was worst, the waitress doesn’t speak a word of English in a touristic city(I ask salt and pepper nothing complicated to understand).. First of all, the cutlery were dirty we asked 3 times to change… The food wasn’t seasoned, rice for the hake was raw, the chicken burger we order didn’t taste like chicken (probably low quality of the patty) and the portion of fries was ridiculously low. And if wasn’t enough in the toilet was missing the soap for hands and the air dryer wasn’t working. I will not coming back for sure and I hope this review will keep away tourist like us from wasting money and going home stil hungry and...

Llegamos y nos hizo pasar el camarero de las rastas del que muchos hablan en reviews. Nos dieron mesa de inmediato, nos pusieron un entrante gratuito (revisé que no lo cobrasen, porque como lo hiciesen iba a hacerlos ir a buscar hojas de reclamación por todo Zocodover), y sirvieron la bebida rápido. El lugar tiene música (un tanto alta) que no te impide del todo mantener una conversación, pero sí que no es de lo más agradable. Creo que toleré el martilleo porque tenía demasiada hambre. Y la música es chundachunda moderna, para nada mi estilo. La carta era variada y los precios me parecieron razonables. Las porciones son grandes. Trajeron la comida medianamente rápido (el local estaba vacío a excepción de 2 parejas que ya estaban comiendo). Comimos una ensalada que traía queso y nueces y fue espectacular. Aunque es como un entrante para compartir, es un platazo, prácticamente una bandeja. También pedimos la hamburguesa de calabaza y la de pollo crujiente, y eran muy ricas, muy grandes y acompañadas de patatas también muy buenas. Aunque quizá se hubiese agradecido un poco más de patatas. La hamburguesa de calabaza, aunque estaba rica, era bastante pastosa (porque es muy gruesa y nada crujiente.) La hamburguesa de pollo estaba buena pero no parecía pollo real, sino una masita como los nuggets del Mc Donald's). Te dan muchas salsas para que tu elijas y te eches (de sobre). Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la plaza de Zocodover. Volvería por la ensalada, pero lo demás se puede encontrar similar en muchos otros sitios a precio menor o de mayor calidad.
