Solepizzamore — Restaurant in Torremolinos

Visited here whilst on holiday, walked past on first evening and decided against going in and let me tell you that was a huge mistake.

This is a hidden gem!

Ordered a classic margarita and also salami pizza. I’ll overall speak about both - starting with the base, crispy airy dough almost sourdough style base, undercarriage was charred perfectly and pizza hold well!

The ingredients used were fresh and tasty, real hit from the tomato passata leaving fragrant and acidity on the palate! Cheese again hit the brief, not over the top with amount yet the quality cheese pull with punchy flavour.

The salami pizza was a touch oily with of course the cured meats being on-top but did not ruin the pizza.

Overall a quality spot with fresh ingredients! It’s only a small restaurant but please go and try it, it’s proper Italian pizza!!

We found this amazing place by the very good reviews. Otherwise we properly wouldnt have found this pizzaria. The food, service and everything made it a very special evening. We are from Denmark and the owner (Sicilian) had his childhood in Denmark. His father stilll runs restaurant in Kolding, Denmark. He was so thrilled about having us as guests from Denmark, that he did a Facetime call to his father in Denmark. Next time we visit Kolding in Denmark we will visit his fathers restaurant (Bella Italia) I hope we will come back some day - but for now our vacation is...

Let me just say that google reviews of this place DO NOT LIE.

Dinner here was one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. I was at a michelin restaurant two weeks prior and if I should choose between the two I choose Solepizzamore any day of the week.
