Cafeteria Miss Caprice — Restaurant in Torrevieja

​My recent visit to Miss Caprice was a mixed experience, and I'd like to share my honest thoughts. 🌟 The place itself is absolutely charming! The decor is stunning, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hospitality was also fantastic; the staff were friendly and welcoming. They even assured us that the cakes were freshly made. For the service, ambiance, and hospitality, I'd honestly give it a solid 5/5! ✨ ​However, the drinks and desserts were quite a letdown. We ordered three frappés, milkshakes, a pistachio cake, and a red velvet cake. While the drinks were enjoyable, the cakes were disappointing. They were very hard and definitely didn't seem fresh, which was a shame since we were told they were. 😔 ​Based on our experience, I'm giving a 3-star review. The staff and decor were amazing, but sadly, the quality of the food didn't live up to the promise. The staff can NO english‼️‼️ They serve warm pistachio milkshake, and water with no ice on a hot day. Badest service I have ever had. Its ok not to speak english, but at least have some common sense. They also ment we had ordered something else than what we really ordered. When we told them, they seemed annoid😒 They told us to use their meny at the QR-code. Waste of time. Wife and I went in and first thing we observed was no prices on the menu. Wife ordered a Vietnamese coffee which was a thimble of coffee and no condensed milk, this is not correct. The coffee was also tasteless. My berry smoothie contained banana which is not listed in the ingredients. I don’t like banana so I didn’t enjoy the smoothie.
