The worst experience of the whole holiday.

Can’t fault the food - when it came, each dish one by one so by the time the chips had come 40 minutes had passed and the burger for my friend had not made the table.

We said to the waitress at the beginning to have all food together, she didn’t talk great English so this may have been lost in translation however meals one by one is still not good enough. We would eat a bowl of chips and then a bao bun turned up.

I approached the lady behind the bar to cancel the final meal due to the time passed and she did so, she then came over to the table VERY aggressively and told us this is how it happens in Spain (I travel to Spain a lot and this has never happened) and you have to specify all together, I informed her that I did but she was still very very rude to the whole table, some customer service wouldn’t go amiss.

There was no atmosphere outside, no music and also only 2 other people in the restaurant, which should have been a red flag to start but we gave it the benefit of the doubt due to seeing good reviews online.

This completely ruined our evening and we paid our bill early and left.

Would definitely not return, although the food was lovely when it came it’s not worth it for the rude service and one by one meals, not a dining experience win any Country and especially not like any other meals we had all week...

Nice quiet place in the hearth of Torrevieja. Excellent Gin variation with perfect tonics suiting to each gin type. Next time for dinner there.

As planned we went 2 days later for dinner.

Maybe we shall mention that we are dual citizen with Spanish and Swiss passport and fluent in Spanish.

Restaurant opening at 730pm, kitchen at 8pm so reservation for 2 adults and 2 kids done for 8pm. Arrival at 755pm, place still dark and closed. 810pm waiter is coming and still in the siesta mood. We had to put 2 tables together ourself and had to ask for cleaning of the table.

Since no suitable open wine available we ordered 2 decent bottles to drink. One red Juan Gill, one white Mar de Fradres. Waiter strugling with opening of the bottle. Then does not offer to taste and fills up the glasses.

Ordered sushi and shrimps as starter for all of us. Then 2 burger for kids and tartar and meat as main course.

Sushi and tartar coming together. Suddenly burgers of the kids and at the end the meat. Although clear instructions at the beginning of how to serve.

No water nor wine service during the whole dinner.

Total bill EUR185.00 so espcially service should be improved.

I chose this place to celebrate Easter Sunday with my family but I was disappointed :(

We were four people and I ordered the “monkey sushi”. When we got the food, the waiter serves me the “monkey burger”. He mixed up (also the naming of the items are confusing for them) and I had to wait for my food for 30 minutes. By the time I got my sushi roll everyone else had finished eating. Not a very happy Easter Sunday meal.

I would have expected some discount or something because of this but we paid full price.

Also, this is not really a place for a nice dinner, more a cocktail. Mostly because of the music which is very loud.
