We chose this restaurant for Valentine’s Day after our first choice was fully booked. This was our first time visiting Ahueva and we were very pleased.
I want to start by saying that the service was exceptional. The waiter spoke English with us as we are still trying to learn Spanish. His explanation of the dishes was perfect and the staff did a phenomenal job of balancing the dance of bringing and clearing dishes. The timing of our whole experience was spot on.
For the first course we shared Croquettes, a Winter salad with feta cheese, fruit and caramelized peanuts and Black pudding focaccia with roasted apple and garlic aioli. It was our first time eating blood pudding but I must admit that it was delicious, as were the croquettes, cooked just right. The Salad was phenomenal, clean tasting and fresh, and I hope that it is always available.

Read moreSimply Delicious! A menu full of originality and flavour combinations that match perfectly together. A modern twist on Spanish tapas, makes it much more innovative for the palate, while recalling some of those amazing traditional dishes and tastes. Ideal to share lots of different plates with the table, so you will enjoy it most if you are 4 people.
They also are very conscious of allergens, everything is marked on the menu and the waiters are super knowledgable. They even have a full gluten free menu with plenty of options, including GF bread and deserts. Safe for celiacs (we had 2 in our group).
The prices are super reasonable and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxed.
Really can’t say a bad thing about this place. We will surely...

We came here on our last evening having not been to this district before and were certainly not disappointed!
The food was of an incredible standard and the waitress kindly explained to us in very good English which dishes would go together so we didn’t order too much.
A special mention has to go to the lamb tagine which was incredible. A must have.
The chef himself was so lovely- popping out to check how we were getting on and even giving us an extra tomato dish as we spoke about the freshness of the vegetable! They also had home made baileys!!!!! Incredible.
All in all this place is top notch and should be top of the list for a visit...
