This is an outstanding restaurant located in Valencia 😍😍

Its a must try!! Very cozy, few tables, fast service by a beautiful lady. The food is beyond tasty.

The chef must be a Michelin star chef 🔝

We ordered many dishes, all tasted yummy 🤤. Even the cappuccino tasted great 😅.

We ordered: oyster with green apple croquetta de rabo de toro green peas hummus micuit foie duck terrine chocolate dessert

2 dishes are not in the pictures because we were hungry and focused on the taste of every plate.

The prices are perfect and more than reasonable . We payed 76€ for all this!

Honestly, i have been in many famous restaurants and it didn’t taste as good as al cantara restaurent.

I will come to this place every time I visit Valencia ❤️.

Great place, and I am so glad I made the reservation. The chef actually worked the front, as well as the back of the house. I came in and asked her to pick any of her menus for tasting, and I was NOT disappointed! This chef is on fire, and the restaurant should NOT be missed! I had 5 courses, 2 glasses of the BEST Spanish wine as well as an expresso; the price, well within reason! A pizza from the GODS..I did not know you could make pizza like that...a sushi roll, but NOT... IDK but it was next level..the nori bread; revolutionary! Tuna tartar and shallots, with olive oil ice cream...yep, I said that! Just EAT IT! Duck confit with cherries and red wine redux. the DUCK A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! Yes I CRIED....SOOOO GOOD Chocolate/hazelnut dessert with olive oil..OMG

I will be back and you should go there... She is on her way as a chef and this restaurant is not...

Owner and chef Lorenza Alcantara is a culinary goddess! Her food is off-the-scale delicious, clever and creative (her re-imagining of cremeat as a desert was pure genius). Her sichuan sirloin steak was perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sweetness and spice (likewise the roast duck). The restaurant's black and white themed decor is simple and elegant, creating a relaxing atmosphere. And the service - provided on our first night (yes, we went back for more!) by Lorenza herself - was faultless. Alcantara Bistrot is obviously a labour of love and Lorenza deserves all the credit she gets. A must-visit when...
