Most disrespected I have ever felt at a restaurant. No issue with the food, and our service started off good, but ended horribly. We waited 45 minutes from when we asked for the bill until when we actually paid. After our waiter brought the bill, he never came back with the wireless register for us to actually pay, even though we asked him 2 more times. Finally, a woman with curly hair and a headband who told us she worked behind the bar came to our table for us to pay, not even our own waiter. When she arrived, I said “Oh finally,” out of tiredness, and she proceeded to mock me and make backhanded comments to us. She said “oh finally! I’m so sorry you’ve been waiting for so long!” in the most condescending, sarcastic tone. She made a comment to us about how her friend, the waiter, told her to come over to our table because we just really had to pay right that instant, which was not true. We had been there for so long. Even more, we asked her if we could split the bill in half and she said sure, but then goes “so who is going to do the math for me?” and looked at us to pull out our phone calculators. After my friend and I kind of chuckled under our breath out of shock, she then proceeded to try and mend the situation by offering us free shots. We did not want them but she kept insisting, in such a clearly not genuine way. Safe to say we will not be back...

Also we order a red wine bottle from the Italian winery Ca dei Frati and the waitress comes with its white wine sister based on Lugana grapes and starts opening it as if nothing would be a problem. I point out that she is having a white wine in her hands and say oh yes you're right, the red wine is not on stock anymore... SORRY ?!?! So you just randomly open the wrong bottle and later admit that the red is out of stock? Shall you not rather come back to the guests and inform/apologize the wine they want is not on stock anymore before trying to open and sell whatever alternative bottle ? Luckily we wanted from this winery so we accepted the swap but you just don't start Opening an alternative bottle without any further comment.

Read more⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️although the food is not bad, yet to much pricey for the very small quantity and the lack of the food quality (only the burrata was good) The service is a catastrophe.!!!!! We waited for 20 minutes then The manager wanted to place two persons who were behind us in the queue while we were only two even though we told him we were before them he accepted to place us before only when they told him they were behind us. The waitress was not gentle. We asked several times for the candles to be lighted yet she just told us “my colleague has a lighter i don’t “ while she could just asked him for it (which she did when we asked to). She gave us a bread bowl without us asking for it and without her telling us that it’s a supplement. She added wine in our receipt even though we did not order any wine. The chairs are not comfortable at all. The toilet is a catastrophe, one of them doesn’t get closed and the flush doesn’t work. I will not get...
