Absolutely a nightmare. We arrived (12 people - all absolutely sober) dressed up to celebrate Halloween and the security guy (Italian man on his 40s) at the entrance start to decide wh could enter and whom could not. The girls according to him were okay, but not me. We asked why, and he just start to speak no sense. We asked if I could enter by taking the costume off and at the beginning it says yes, but afterwards he push me putting his hands on my chest. At this point we all get upset and start to ask for an explanation, but the security guy just start to shout and kick us out. He was absolutely rude toward us for no reason. I approached again asking for an explanation and he just put his hands again on me and he said "I don't punch you just bcoz I can lose my job" ????whaaat??? We decided to move away - we spent around 10-25 euros each, do the math and check how much u lost for such unprofessional behaviour. I used to go party there, but I would definitely never go back or bring my group of people there. Is 2.30 am - and I am leaving this review, hence not a drunk at all. A terrible experience for all of us. Even tho being foreigners we are all locals living here. I really hope someone could get in touch with me and apologise for...

MASSIVE NO! Too less alcohol in drinks. Glass of wine OVERPRICED. In VLC is usually 2€ a full glass, they let you pay a way more, for LESS THAN HALF GLASS. SHAME. 'STEALING' tourists money.!!! Agua de Valencia WITHOUT ALCOHOL. Don't go.

They do Not now how to treat guests. Spain is well know for his big amount of alcohol, that's why is full of guiri, people from northern countries, where they are used to jigger measures.

If a the amount of a glass of wine is that small, an a guess ask for a bit ( just a bit) of wine to be added, you can't just be rude and say no. It's a shame !!

Plus making aqua de Valencia for tourists, without adding the right amount.

El personal es racista. Y maleducado y arrogante. O por lo menos lo son los porteros. En concreto uno de pelo claro.

Sábado 14 de Marzo, Fallas 2015, al salir por la puerta capto una discusión entre un chico negro (de Senegal creo) que quería entrar y el portero. Este ultimo le dice: "TU NO PUEDES ENTRAR, NO ME GUSTA TU ASPECTO FISICO."

Me aparto y pienso que no he entendido bien. O tiene que haber habido algún problema del que no me he enterado.

No puede haber dicho NO ME GUSTA TU ASPECTO FISICO. Pero si, lo dice y lo repite una y otra vez con cara de asco, levantando cada vez más la voz. El chico negro con toda la educación del mundo pide por favor de dejarle entrar, pregunta porqué no puede. El portero repite: "No me gustas, no me gusta tu aspecto físico….". Me quedo de piedra y me acerco para preguntar, y conmigo un chica. Hemos sido discreto y educados, sin montar ningún pollo.

Preguntamos si ha habido algún problema, si el chico ha estado molestando o le conoce por ser problemático. Pedimos perdón diciendo que de verdad no queremos meternos donde no nos llaman pero que nos ha parecido escuchar algo violento.

Las respuestas del portero han sido del tipo: NO ENTRA PORQUÉ NO ME DAN LAS PUTAS GANAS, SI TE PARECE MAL TE VAS A TU PUTA CASA. Desde el principio el tono ha sido agresivo y amenazador, en plan NO TE METAS QUE TE VOY A DAR. Al contestarle que era una vergüenza y que no pensábamos volver nos dice: MEJOR PARA MI. Nos dice LLAMA LA POLICIA SI QUIERES.

Lo mejor ha sido cuando se ha encarado a la chica, su cara a 1 cm contra la de ella y gritandole a lo macara (una chica de 1,60 y de 45kg). Por un momento creemos que es un tío loco y que no puede tener el respaldo del bar, pero llega otra persona a darle soporte, empujando (suavemente… eso si) al chico negro para que se aleje de la puerta. Increible el sentimiento de impotencia y agresión.

Nos hemos ido diciendole al chico negro (con los ojos llorosos por la humillación), de no preocuparse, de dejarlo, que un sitio así no merece la pena ni para el ni para nadie.

Que pena no haber llamado a la policía, aunque seguro que de poco hubiera servido ya que probablemente ya tenían una historieta lista. O no hubieran sido tan arrogantes.

Para más inri: Dentro del garito, justo unos minutos antes de este teatrito robaron la chaqueta a una amiga…. así para completar la noche. Pero el portero se queda fuera a no dejar entrar a un negro.
